Wow Abe does fantastic work and can do it all! MPW definitely leaders in the industry and have all the gear!! Killer episode scotty! 👌
Pretty cool how you can take a stock commo there and it leaves a single digit weapon - perfect one stop shop
love when he uses the cnc plasma cutter saying basically this is the new way then goes to an old school sheet metal bender and says thats good enough .. gold imho with resesct he knows what hes doing like a pro
I love watching people who are so good at their craft. The detail in that fab work is next level. You can tell Abe is thinking 4-5 steps ahead. Such passion great to see.
Whatever you do, don't lose Abe, because in that rather large package, you have discovered a genius! The quality of this bloke's work, is just awesome! Unless you have built things, or at least tried to, then I don't think you can understand how good this bloke is. There's a sequence in there about finding the previous owner broke a little bracket on the indicator, so he hot-glued a small lump of wood in place to hold it, and "She'll be right, mate. Nobody's ever going to see that." Abe makes the rest of us look exactly like that ~ BODGE.
Great comment, Abe is a talented guy
You know he has serious skills by the way he makes it look sooo easy. Having a comprehensive tool kit doesn't hurt either.
Abe is the Legend💪
That was beautiful fabrication work done on the turbo and intercooler, Abe did a amazing job on it! Well done am impressed 👍
To Scotty, Street Machine staff, all the crew at MPW, Maxx Performance, and all the followers on this channel hope you and your families have a great Christmas!!
It’s going to be a beast! You can tell Just by looking at the thumbnail! Twin turbo’s and a Scotty in the engine bay! Top quality fab work too! Very impressive stuff!
This is gotta be the best intercooler design, fabrication work I've seen. The scanning, the cad, the use of CNC plus skilled welding. It's such a clean result for a massive intercooler into a 90s car.
Hot glue an a bit of wood, you’ve already owned this car once before Scotty 😂
I'm dodgy but I've never owned a hot glue gun
@@STREETMACHINETV knowing you Scotty, you probably just used a lighter 😂
Abe is the man for getting it done right and looks exceptional, have a very Merry Christmas to all the Carnage and MPW team and we are looking forward to seeing all the great work when it hits the track 👊👍💪👌🙏🙏🎄🎄🎄🎄
Abe doing top work. MPW for the Win. 👍🏎️💨
Great workmanship and while I was sad to see the Trolvo retire, this is an awesome build!
Abe is a master craftsman. Such quality to attention is amazing. Well done!
The fab work thats gone into the Ute is beautifully done!
I love this build Scotty, love the professionalism of this build.
I like how you are building in conjunction with the boys, the work you are doing looks like it fits in with computer cuts and measurements. Doing well mate.
Always impressed with the work done by the MPW boys.
That was a great episode. I can’t believe how far we’ve come. I’m mean 3d scanning to add an intercooler! Can’t wait to hear that exhaust.
The mirrored turbos just ALWAYS look so much better in any twin configuration. Speaking as a welder/fabricator it is also much easier to set up, as one complete side shows pretty much exactly how the other should be ran. Totally worth any extra expense, in my opinion.
This should be a kit for vr owners. I absolutely love the work you guys do.
Next level craftsmanship. So good
I have watched a huge amount of CZcams builds and i have not seen anyone else mount an intercooler with such a professional mount. The work these guys do is amazing. Very lucky to have contacts like this scotty. Can't wait to see this thing running down the 1/4. Merry Christmas mate.
Love Abe’s work
What a nice bit of gear he creates.
Loving this build, + The Aussie tech is killa ❤ Can't wait to see all the work screaming down the track 😀
This build is epic! It just keeps on getting better
This is absolutely top tier fabrication, this is as good as it gets when it comes to computer aided fabrication
I’m beyond impressed, Hats off to Abe and the team at MPW leading the way
That there is some amazingly talented people all gathered in the one place . Hopefully the keep all their scans and be able to sell kit forms of certain vehicles
This ute is going to be a huge beastie once it's finished. Abe & the guys must be having fun with this! Scotty & the rest of the crew, thanks for all the brilliant content this year. May Santa fill your stockings with many Dunlop KT-26's.
Can't wait until this build is finished!
Looks amazing ! Best turbo set up I’ve ever seen, Abe is an artist.
Give that man 10 cartons...I have never seen anyone fabricate and build like it was factory. He actually cares about your ride not just hackery. 🎉
How good are the lads at MPW 👏🏻👏🏻 this things gunna be a cracker
The quality of Abe’s work is commendable!
Awesome workmanship, Abe is an absolute pro, cool to watch. 🤙🏾
Love the Thong Slapper delete on the exhaust.
Have a good one Scotty and crew 👍🛞🔥🛞🔥🍻🍻🎄🎄🎉
Ute is looking awesome, Scotty! Abe certainly does amazing work! Been a great year, loved the content, Merry Christmas to you and your family, have a great break!!
Merry Christmas Scotty. All the best to you and your family. Street Machine. MPW and Sponsors. 🎄👍😎
The thumbnail has gone back to the previous graphics making this video is unwatchable.
I just searched for the rivnut tool and such an affordable bit of kit. Added to the tools I want list.
Great work by everyone. These episodes are so good.
Haha
incredible workmanship.have a merry christmas all.
Merry Christmas, Scotty. Thanks for all the hard work you and the boys do in front and behind the camera.
You know a workshop has experience / thought about things, when they have things like the folded up sheet that they put over the intercooler core to prevent the fins from getting damaged during welding / gives you somewhere to rest your hand. These guys impress me more and more all the time. This is a proper "professional" outfit. Some nice looking welds there Abe. Wish I could weld that nicely. Although I am going to disagree with him regarding it has to work out because it works out in CAD. Been plenty of times I have done the work in CAD and it still didn't fit. Where there is a human involved in the process there is room for variation.
Merry Christmas and a happy 2024 of Carnage to Scotty and Matt!
Wow Abe those welds just brilliant work no wonder that MPW cars do so well. Thanks Scotty for a great year of entertainment and education, wishing you your family and the wider Street Machine family a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Merry Christmas to the Carnage team. Amazing work MPW does.
Merry Christmas to you, Scotty, your family, and all the staff & crew at Street Machine. It's been an awesome year, with the content that's been out this year. Looking forward to watching more videos in the new year, and hopefully Turbo Taxi can finally do a 10 second pass!
Been loving the journey Scotty. Cheers for another great year of content and skids. Have a great Christmas and I'll be seeing you on a future episode - of Carnage!
Thanks for the year.
3:36 had one of these when I was working in a factory building switchboards. Air powered one, used it when I made a fmic setup on my old 180SX.....mint!
16:40 same again, air powered, awesome but PITA to setup due to needing different tensions for different sizes.
MPW is an impressive team. It's going to be a beast of a thing. Have a great Christmas break.
Just got to the end of the video. Damn! that is some impressive looking work. Not just pretty, but extremely well thought out (that impressed me way more than pretty). Those guys at VPW really know their sh*t. I just wish I could give this video two thumbs up. It deserves both of them.
Spying on the customer rides in the background. Interesting.
Loving Abe’s contributions.
Degrees minutes and so on brother not points. Great work and team at MPW👍🤙
Thankyou Scotty for your awesome work and content. In a way I'm disappointed I don't live and work in Dandy anymore. Cars are my passion. If I was still there i would be the guy bugging you for a job, (off camera of course.) Bennett street was the go fast alley back in the day (early 90's) and the drag races at the lights on Frankston dandy rd and greens rd was hoot until the fuzz showed up. Have a good Xmas and New year, I'm throbbing like a sock full of grasshoppers to see what this ute does.
Have a happy Christmas and new year's Scotty & Matty,
see You at the Summernats guy's.
Best Drag Challenge Episode yet, Awesome progress on the Ute, Terrific work by Abe and MPW. Looking forward to more, Happy Holidays Scotty, And ALL at Street Machine.

Merry Christmas to Scotty and the Street Machine team, and to the team at MPW, that was some seriously impressive work by Abe.

Same to you!
You need to leave that headlight on the car as counter-point to the amazing work they're doing.
Looks great, Merry Christmas to all!
Have a good break Scotty - hope I see you at the Nats too
great work scotty. love watching you putting together another beast to tackle 10s, 9s or even 8s. have a great chrissy and see you in the new year

To Scotty, S/M team and all the viewer's out there I wish you and yours all the best for the holidays and enjoy yourselves, and most of all stay safe out there. Gus. 😼
Thanks mate
Love how CAD is used these days for making less guesses for custom fitments, such a cool way of getting the job done. The finish on those end tanks is amazing! Have a great break - albeit small, look forward to seeing how 2024 pans out at Summernats for you guys.
who's flipping the bill on this epic ute aussie is tuf brUTEs!!!! should cut a deal with Adrian after and raffle it off to lmct would be insane. Ab with the 3d scan skills is a master designer!!!

Merry Christmas Scotty and the Carnage crew see ya next year
Shit hot Scotty love fresh Carnage on a Friday !!!!👍 That ute is coming along smick af. All the best to you and the family for Xmas get festive!!!! 🍻🍻
Thanks mate, hope you have a great one
The use of technology to increase efficiency and reduce waste in the fabrication process is so amazing. I did have concerns about how close those tie rods are to the exhaust though and was worried that when the car is lowered down, it may conflict.
Merry Christmas Street Machine team!
This is the kind of car I imagine when I think street machine
That is some quality work there. Well done 👍👍
OMG Abe does awesome work great episodes Scotty
Merry Christmas too all
Car looks mint
Have a safe holidays
Happy Christmas Scotty, hope you and yours have a great time. And hope you have something to bring to the Nats! :)
Merry Christmas Scotty. Wishing you and your family a very safe and wonderful Christmas. Thank you for the great videos this year, been through a surgery and heart attack, and while recovering at home, Friday mornings was what I looked forward to the most.
Wow is pretty crazy how far tooling etc has come!!! That 3D scanning is Insane...gone are the days of thee eyecrometer and ya guestimation lol
Merry Christmas to you and the SM team.
That’s beautiful work by MPW.
nice work guys I've got the same 5" proflow intercooler i put 4" in and out as my turbo out is 4" and into 102mm TB I was worried about fitting it in me VE but wasn't a problem, I got to get 1 of them tig welders
3:44 OK well that didn't do what I expected. I though even though the hole was a bit small, it was going to dimple die the hole. I didn't expect it to cut a bigger hole. Yes Scotty you are 100% correct, every other way seems almost caveman like in comparison to that. Can Hares and Forbes hook you up with something there?
Spot on fab work True professional at work ,making it all fit like a glove. Have a great Christmas guys and stay safe into the new year.
Thanks for a great year of videos
I have the same type rivnut tool but in Kango brand from bunnings work great it's a life saver in a tight spot
Merry Christmas to you and your family and the rest of the team at Street Machine.
Merry Christmas Scotty to you and the street machine, I hope you all have a great one and thanks for the great year of content.
