yes big help actually. i'm currently at 8 weeks and started back at the gym a couple of days ago but with super low weights. your video makes me realize i'm probably being overly cautious and conservative and add a little more weight.

Wow.. you're able to front squat with the straps 8 weeks post op?? People at 12-16-20 weeks even weren't able to touch their face yet..

Elbow flexion wasn't really a problem (other than loss of strength) but I had the range of motion once I started light training again. Supination was a bigger problem. And grip strength. Grip strength was also a big problem and I think I probably haven't recovered it all. I'm nearly 2 years post op and still don't have 100% of my grip strength back. Might not ever.

Andy Baker Thanks for the response. That sucks about the grip strength. Are you trying hook grip and having this issue or is it more like mobility/flexibility?
I have my surgery on Monday coming up, I plan to use a stress ball two weeks post op as part of my light training/ROM regimen. Or at least when I can ball a fist.
