There is a lot of misinformation about bettas out there, particularly the ideas that they don't need much space or even any filter. All fish need filters obviously to keep their water clean, and bettas are tropical so they should also have a heater for about 78-80°f (sorry I don't know the celcius conversions of the top of my head :')) As for space, really the minimum tank size for a fish of their size to be kept in is a 5 gallon. Its just sad that people keep them in tiny jars. However, you may find that your fish would be even happier in a 10 gallon, as bettas are extremely space-oriented and get territorial over their homes, they would enjoy having more space to roam.

Repashy: 😒😒😒
8:38 ok so they have a weather loach (cold water), gold fish (obviously cold water) guppies (tropical) shubunkin I think (which is a type of goldfish) and balloon mollies ( tropical) all in the same tank..... temperatures probably warm as they have a heater and owners like that think goldfish don't need heaters and anyway how can u be that messed up to think that what they had wasn't enough so they added more and how can u find a shop which lets u take that many fish?
Whattup, fish fam! I really love to take care of crystal shrimp but they're too damn expensive from where I'm from. 😭
I would also love to send photos of my tank for you to review, Chris! Soon! Hope you notice me 🥺
6:53 Isn't a Axolotl, it's a albino Spanish ribbed newt (Pleurodeles waltl).
That axolotl was a minute from death.
the poor axolotl is so sad but it does make me feel slightly better about having issues with small ammonia spikes 😅
