1-2 middle size land-meat per 1 meal, for 3 times per 1 day, for whole life time, with,
very little fiber ( salad or fruit ), very little sweat also starch-food ( potatoes etc ),
not too salty, ad not too spicy. and very little water per day, what most peopl not know.
if you want, eat very sweat 1-2 time per 1 week, what will not hurt. this all with exercise, helps when you are sick. take care.

I describe myself "near-Carnivore". The plant foods I consume include: green-tea; black coffee; wine; herbs & spices.
Herbs & spices can transform the taste of animal-sourced food without any of the downsides of lots of plant-foods.
Example: pan-fry salmon filets in butter, with a little ground ginger. (etc).

In march I started to do 1 44hr fast each week and by April 1 I had lost 16 kg and decided to do Fasting Mon/Wed/Fri for the month of April. I have lost 2 kg so far this month. I am planning to do a 3 day egg diet from 30th April with May being a carnivore month. I adore steak and eggs, so am looking forward to this and my just fast one day a week for May. *I'm a dedicated ketovore, 0 carbs, OMAD (sometimes 2MAD cuz I had bariatric surgery years ago [yea, ask me how successful THAT was😬] and I can't eat as much in one meal as my body needs).
*My next project is to figure out a ratio of hamburger with ground beef liver and an egg so I maximize my daily intake. I'm also playing with an idea for an egg, small fish and salmon or tuna concoction.
*I'm discovering a whole new set of "issues" now that I'm close to my body's weight goals (yea, not mine. I believe my body will stop losing weight when it's where it wants to be). *I'm now 178 (excuse me while I faint🤭) from 292.
    *My HOMA-IR is now 1.17!!!!!!!
*But, my A1c is still 6.0 (was much higher way back last year) and my goal is below 5.0. Soon.

The fat percentage in the keto diet is 70 or 75 % , which some teachers of this diet say it's not ideal if you have fat to lose .They teach to get the protein needs first according to your weight and activity, while keeping the carbs minimum 20-25 gm total !! .There is still a confusion as to calories, counting , not counting ? Eat to satiety, eat when hungry , don't add fats if you want to lose fat ..i wish that you can explain this to us in a video upload !!Thank you Coach Kait !!👍👍

So I think ketovore is what I’m looking o try next. I just know sugar and starches are the death of me. Oh and I’m also doing intermittent fasting. Doing mostly carnivore for almost 8 months now-I’ll occasionally have mushrooms, onions, or a few pickled vegetables. I find the carnivore way of eating easier: convenient, satisfying, and, surprisingly enough, cheaper. No, we’re not eating steak every day. Lots of ground beef, cheaper cuts of beef like chuck roasts, eggs, some type of seafood once or twice a week. My favorite, at the moment, is searing then low roasting an eye-of-round roast until it’s mid-rare and making a horseradish sauce from full fat sour cream, horseradish, some salt and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. It’s lovely out of the oven, but it’s even better the next day, cold, thinly sliced.

Moved from eating whatever, even though I've been t2d for 20 years, to carnivore at the end of 2020. I have never done well with moderation so I'm more of all or nothing type. I have found carnivore 100% doable and plan to continue for a year before trying any plants. Thanks for your information. I really appreciate your videos

I've tried keto on and off for months but my discipline hasn't settled yet. I watch a lot of carnivore videos and want to give that a try. My carb intake is less than 30 grams at the moment. However my friends and I are celebrating my birthday next weekend so that's going to be my garbage day. But after that, I plan on going full carnivore for at least 3 months. I think Steak and Butter Gal said it takes at least 6 months to notice the benefits. She even mentioned that one person took a year and a half. It just seems right and like the least toxic way of eating and the more success stories I hear, the more I want to try it out. So, I'm starting carnivore next week. I haven't been keto for long and am still fat but I do eat mostly meat so hopefully that helps.

I’m 48, and I’m leaning towards a more carnivore type diet. Otherwise, I find it extremely difficult to get in enough protein to build muscle and fight sarcopenia (muscle loss). I know that’s something that will get worse when I reach menopause, so I’m trying to stave it off before I get there.

I find it really hard to go straight carnivore. I used to live on cereal just to give you a reference. I tried carnivore one week ago but I found myself eating a few raw nuts and I do like protein chips that have a couple of carbs in them. Also, I work out almost every day and I do enjoy a protein bar that has 30 grams of carbs before a hard session. So I guess I'm really doing keto. That said, at 6 foot tall I went from a high this year of 186 down to a low this year of 178 in 7 days! Can't complain. I'm hoping that at 175 I can enjoy an occasional bowl of corn flakes, but if the weight starts back up I will give up cereal for good. Skinny taste better that cereal.

Kait, for either Keto or Carnivore, what calorie scheme do you recommend? I understand the old strategy of cutting at least 500 calories from the daily diet, along with moderate to intense levels of exercise. But how many total calories should I consume? I'm 5'5, 165, and my goal weight since starting Keto is to drop down to 150 so that I'm 15 lbs below my max BMI range. I've seen varying ranges for men from 2,000 - 2,200, but I think that's too high if the goal is to ultimately lose weight. I've also noticed a drop in my exercise performance levels since starting Keto two weeks ago. Any tips and help are appreciated!

Hi, I like the carnivore diet but I get super acidic and causes digestive upset, however, in the keto diet the smallest carbs cause bloating and gas! Also with the carnivore you're supposed to take so much salt! That seems unhealthy. What advice can you give me? How do I choose?

Clean keto, definitely, for losing weight and maintaining healthy hormones and digestion. Ketosis is very difficult to maintain in carnivore due to gluconeogenesis. I followed a strict carnivore plan for 90 days and did not lose a single pound. I lost 15 pounds in one month when I switched to keto.
I found it hard to feel satiated in carnivore and never lost my sweet cravings. Keto, no problem. I can also more easily follow intermittent fasting with clean keto.
