1. I actually watched the 2015 Cinderella for the first time last night (I generally avoid Disney's live action remakes) and if I hadn't seen your Cinderella dress remake videos, I would have thought the fluidity and sparkle of the dress were special effects added in post.
2. I also understand better why some had such negative reactions to Belle's ball gown in the live action Beauty and the Beast: it totally lacks the wow factor of this dress.
3. But can we talk about the stepmother's dresses though? They are just perfection.
The momentum on that dress must have been something else! In slow motion I was also able to see that you actually did lose a shoe at 4:13 and not just do something like run over it. Way to stay in character!
GAH! Seeing all those layers swirl around and flow so gracefully (fabric can be graceful, right?!) just shows off all the work you so lovingly put into this dress. It is SO satisfying to see it all floof down and ripple after a jump or lift.

I really enjoyed watching you make this dress, and watching you dance in it... Well, it's a tribute to you. Those crystals POP. I tend to not like Disney, it's just a bit too 'nice' for me, but you almost made me want to watch the movie lol.
I agrew, but of all the live action remakes Disney has made over the years, Cinderella is the only decent one.
That dress is absolutely mesmerizing to watch in slow motion. Especially when it sparkles in the light. It makes me want one of my own.

This dress is the stuff of dreams. I am so proud of you for making your dream a reality. I am a person with very little dexterity and learning diffences which makes sewing impossible (I have tried and shed many tears over it), all my life I have designed dresses without the means to make them a reality. Even though you didn't "design" the dress yourself, your reverse engineering of it has been epic and it satisfied an ache in my dress designers heart. Thank you. BTW I think you make a more charming and more beautiful Cinderella than Lily James, and I thought she was flawless.
