Pain Is God Yeah, Maleficent was first, but that movie was also really well made. It’s interesting how the first few live actions were so beautiful and intriguing but afterwards it was like Disney was rushing to make live-actions and just didn’t do a lot of movies justice. Movies like Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin deserved more time and more development to make them as breath-taking as Cinderella was and it’s really disappointing how they turned out

Watch the dance. It's so beautiful and magical. It's been years since the movie came out and yet, I've seen the video almost 5 times and only in this year. I think, I have a fair share of views contributing to this video. But really, there's a video of them dancing and it's beautiful.
same! it's so beautiful. now watching the movie again, it's so nice to see it in new light. knowing the amount of hardwork put into the ball scene. it never gets old! oh how i wish grand balls like this are a norm. maybe we can bring it back in the new 20's 😂 the movie in its entirety is also amazing. love how light hearted and fresh it is. in love!
Fun fact: in the animated movie the dress of cinderella is actually white but with the lights in the palace it looks blue. The blue where so iconic that they made it actually blue for this one
All i can say..cinderella's gown is far more elegant than belle's gown in the live action movie Edit: woah, everybody should calm down at the comment section. Its just my opinion about the dress, but both great movie and great story. No hate 💕 I love how both live action make the story more alive and dreamy at the same time, just i expect more for belle's dress because its kinda same with disney cartoon. (And thank you all for the likes) 😁
And so does the whole story. At least I enjoy Cinderella live action more than Beauty & the Beast even though the later cartoon version is my favorite.
@@sumeyrahakyemez3549 but it's true. Belle's gown looks more like a high school prom dress than anything else. The new Beauty and The Beast was a complete mess, the CGI being too stiff, the autotune, etc. How it got 1B I will never know.
Personally I really think that everyone needs to bring ball dances back I mean come on its so beautiful and there is nothing disgusting in the way they dance or dress. Everything is very appropriate. They actually dance and not that jumping up and down and fist pumping people do at parties and stuff. Balls should be brought back. Who's with me???
+ShapeShifterKibayo This type of dancing is so intimate and romantic to look away but you can't because its so magical and dancing nowadays is lacking this elegance and magic which is why I want it back too at my college they used to have these end of year balls (they actually called it that and not prom) at christmas time which I imagine was beautiful

Sonam Nechen, yes that is because she was the only one in the room with a dress the same true, solid, blue that hers is. they made sure no other dresses resembled hers so she would stand out
The rest of the ball is warm tones. Even the greens have warm gold throughout. They are the only two people in cool tones the contrast really makes them pop
Donna Mae Gonzalvo Me too. just watched Beauty and the Beast it was ok for me kinda dissapointed of belle's singing tho. Then i suddenly missed cinderella and rewatched again..still my fave! ⭐ 😊👍
I think this is by far the best remake disney have made The story The efects, the Soundtrack, the actors and everything just was brilliant and Beautiful THE SETS and production just amazing jsjsjs the costumes (Also Beauty and the Beast)
yup! sadly beauty and the beast and aladdin couldnt measure up to this. they seemed more concerned about fake wokeness, making their female leads more oppressed than they originally were to really drive that point home and "fixing" thie plot rather than building on the source material and improving it that way, like cinderella did. I loved that they added the message of "have courage and be kind" because in heart that was exactly what the original was always about. It was about a woman in a terrible situation, who always chose kindness over letting her come out of the situation a worse person. Her heart and kindness were why she was able to rise over the situation. Cinderella always gets so much flag because people couldn't read between the lines. You can just tell how much passion was put into this movie, from costume and set design, to the actors.
@@chrussublah4264 well said! cinderella is my favorite princess growing up but i honestly think this film is underrated compared to beauty and the beast and aladdin. cinderella deserved so much more!

Pain Is God Yeah, Maleficent was first, but that movie was also really well made. It’s interesting how the first few live actions were so beautiful and intriguing but afterwards it was like Disney was rushing to make live-actions and just didn’t do a lot of movies justice. Movies like Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin deserved more time and more development to make them as breath-taking as Cinderella was and it’s really disappointing how they turned out
@@infpedits OMG that was exactly what I'm thinking, but I don't understand why not many people realize that, Aladdin is good but I still feel like it needs more time, still Cinderella the best by far
Victoria Floral Yes, I agree, Aladdin was good but when you go back and watch the original, the original is just so much more beautiful and magical than the live action. Cinderella is one of few that actually felt even more magical than the original
6:33 the way the dress spins in the air. It's so lovely
Agree! its really cool
Lily James is absolutely adorable!! She’s even the character of Cinderella in real life!! 🥰👏🏻💙
Back when they let Disney princes be men.
"I think I've just fell in love with Richard"

Update: I'm gay now so not me anymore lol
FAJSCDIUAJHNC I LITERALLY HAD TO REWIND IT BECAUSE I WAS SCREAMING ABOUT HOW FUCKING RELATABLE THAT WAS LMAOOAOOAAOA🤣🤣

Yeah lol it's adorable :)
nice musical actually
he looks genuinely happy 😭❤️
This Cinderella director is best of all ! Each and every little thing was in complete details of the original Cinderella story books 📚 ! I really appreciate and want him to make more Disney movies with this same dedication . ❤️
Lily’s voice is so soft and gentle x you can tell that she’s such a lovely amazing person just by the way she talks ❤❤❤
5:20 When an extra has a better dress than Belle did in her own film😂🤦🏻♀️
Pam P. I totally agree lmao
so true 😃
i hate that your absolutely right, like is it so hard to believe that belle can be a strong, intelligent woman and wear a gorgeous gown at the same time? lmao
@@liltingsun9485 yes, I think the same... Like they don't think a beautiful woman can be intelligent or an intelligent woman can be beautiful?
omg exactly!!
This movie worth every penny.

The bestest live action of disney!
I recommended a professional broker to you guys sometime ago...can I get someone who invested with her?
I'm also benefiting from crypto known as bitcoin , at first I was afraid of investing in her platform until I got convinced by my cousin who linked me up with her since then I have been at least $4,000 per week. Her strategies are mind blowing....
In bitcoin Investment, determination to take risk is one of the major factor required, because it takes a brave heart to make money these days.
She is expert Camille James one of the best and most trustworthy broker on EarthTheir strategy is awesome and work for me at the moment. And you can start with any amount. I started investing with just $700. Now I. Profit more and also increase in it. Really helpful
Wow I'm so glad I just withdraw my first profit two days ago now I have another ongoing trade with her
I'm actually in search of a professional broker that can manage my account and make huge profits for me
4:12, i love that they included a lot of cultures into the set. even if they are not shown that much in the movie, just knowing that they're being represented is really nice.
Yes and the Japanese princess is stunning ✨
This is so much better than all the forced race swaps Netflix does.(I'm talking about stuff like Cleopatra and queen Charlotte)
@@theresadavis2004 yeah but queen Charlotte is kinda accurate in a way. If you look at the actual queen Charlotte she has very Afrocentric features, and was suspected of having an ethnic background

Lily can’t stop spinning and Richard hugged her 8:35-8:39 🥹
This movie was simply spectacular. The costumes, the colors, the sets, the actors, beautiful!
i think i may have underappreciated this scene
Watch the dance. It's so beautiful and magical.
It's been years since the movie came out and yet, I've seen the video almost 5 times and only in this year. I think, I have a fair share of views contributing to this video.
But really, there's a video of them dancing and it's beautiful.
same! it's so beautiful. now watching the movie again, it's so nice to see it in new light. knowing the amount of hardwork put into the ball scene. it never gets old! oh how i wish grand balls like this are a norm. maybe we can bring it back in the new 20's 😂
the movie in its entirety is also amazing. love how light hearted and fresh it is. in love!
Start now fam please this live action doesn't have enough appreciation.
I knowww!

Fun fact: in the animated movie the dress of cinderella is actually white but with the lights in the palace it looks blue. The blue where so iconic that they made it actually blue for this one
That’s sad because the diamond dress was simple gorgeous
Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought they changed it, because the white dress looked too much like a bride gown :0
@@someone678 no lol
@@someone678 watch the video on the channel ModernGurlz about Cinderella’s dress
@@someone678 I think you're right, they changed the colour because it would look bad to sell a wedding dress to children.
This is the best dance scene of all Disney films. Well done director! And the hand held cameraman done a tremendous job! Beautiful!
So honest and candid when she said, ' I just fell in love with Richard', and a giggle in the end ❤️❤️❤️
"I think I just fell in love with Richard" so did I and I didn't even dance with him ❤❤❤❤ so dreamy.
lisa marie mc omg yes ❤
lisa marie mc they r amazingg togather.. the part when he hugged her and when she said she is in love wid Richard...
That literally made me cry when she hugged him and said thatI was like "sameee!"
I think we can all relate 😂 ❤️

All i can say..cinderella's gown is far more elegant than belle's gown in the live action movie
Edit: woah, everybody should calm down at the comment section.
That's mean
@@sumeyrahakyemez3549 but it's true. Belle's gown looks more like a high school prom dress than anything else. The new Beauty and The Beast was a complete mess, the CGI being too stiff, the autotune, etc. How it got 1B I will never know.
I agree, belles dress in the original was freaking GORGEOUS and so beautiful and in the remake it looks like something I’d buy on amazon lol.
😂
I can’t stop listening to the music that Lily and Richard danced to x I try to remember all the moves xx I just like to copy the moves
Even the extras' dresses and jewelry are so beautiful and elegant. I really want to wear dress like this once in my lifetime.
SAME!!!
What a great time to be an extra

I just really love how Cate, Sophie and Holliday are all so lovely irl xx
They don't make these wonderful movies these days
Personally I really think that everyone needs to bring ball dances back I mean come on its so beautiful and there is nothing disgusting in the way they dance or dress. Everything is very appropriate. They actually dance and not that jumping up and down and fist pumping people do at parties and stuff. Balls should be brought back. Who's with me???
I'm with you!
***** RIGHT!!!!
+ShapeShifterKibayo No, thanks.
+ShapeShifterKibayo i´m with you, it would be amazing but people changed to much, they aren´t as classy as they were. but it would be amazing
6:07 it’s EVERY girls dream to have THAT dress
Definitely
Yeahh everytime i watch cinderella..my mom gonna say "actually you want that dress so bad right??"
I wanna wear that dress when I have my first dance with somebody
A youtuber MADE THE DRESS and it's exactly the same. It's beautiful. I think it took her like a year to finish it and today she uploaded a video dancing this dance with the dress she made 🤩
Not mine, I’m a tomboy (not stereotypical)
Cinderella is one of the most beautiful movies I have ever watched!
Astounding! I would buy a book that showed the details of every costume and the set. Those chandeliers!!! Have to find this version to watch some day.
I like how the ball room is very very vibrant and colorful but yet still Prince and Cindrella stand out in terms of costume..
Sonam Nechen, yes that is because she was the only one in the room with a dress the same true, solid, blue that hers is. they made sure no other dresses resembled hers so she would stand out
The rest of the ball is warm tones. Even the greens have warm gold throughout. They are the only two people in cool tones the contrast really makes them pop
i love cinderella's gown more than belle's gown huhu 😭😔
I love them both
Donna Mae Gonzalvo Me too. just watched Beauty and the Beast it was ok for me kinda dissapointed of belle's singing tho. Then i suddenly missed cinderella and rewatched again..still my fave! ⭐ 😊👍
Donna Mae Gonzalvo Ikr even that i just watched it 6 days ago

みんなの衣装もとても素敵なのに、その中でもシンデレラの衣装が圧倒的な美しさとオーラを放っているのが本当に凄い
Sublime, de los pocos live Action de Disney, que en verdad, nos recordaron felizmente nuestra infancia.
I think this is by far the best remake disney have made
The story
The efects, the Soundtrack, the actors and everything just was brilliant and Beautiful
THE SETS and production just amazing jsjsjs the costumes (Also Beauty and the Beast)
yup! sadly beauty and the beast and aladdin couldnt measure up to this.
they seemed more concerned about fake wokeness, making their female leads more oppressed than they originally were to really drive that point home and "fixing" thie plot rather than building on the source material and improving it that way, like cinderella did.
@@chrussublah4264 I totally agree with you :"3
@@chrussublah4264 well said! cinderella is my favorite princess growing up but i honestly think this film is underrated compared to beauty and the beast and aladdin. cinderella deserved so much more!
Where Aladdin went wrong is that in the animated version he was looking out for his people the poor and homeless, in the animation he was more kinder, in the remake the bushes that away. Other then that the movie was pretty good ! 10/10
I liked it...
It must have been so magical to be part of this!
I wouldn't mind to go to a ball like this, much better than those stupid loud parties and festivals we have now
+alatarielarfeiniel true :D
I totally agree I'm into fairtales I believe this is tons better then parties now adays
This is why i enjoy wathing movies of older times were the dancing was was out of this world and so MAGICAL! !
I so agree with you
Take ballroom dance lessons and you can attend magical balls secretly disguised as "competitions" all the time! Every woman prefers a man that can dance...

I knew this was the best version of Cinderella I’ve ever seen. Knowing how much detail went into every bit of this scene makes it that much greater.

This movie deserves way more credit than what it got like it was beautiful from the music to the costumes to the effects to the sets it was amazing and I feel so bad that people don’t like it enough
Yes. To this day, it’s still the best live action princess movie. Everything from storytelling to costume design to the cinematography. It’s just chef’s kiss. It’s the only movie that has made me fall in love 💞.

6:59 the yellow dress in the background would have been a better dress for belle 😂
Oh, yes! Belles dress was so dissapointing but that dress in the back is lovely and it's just for an extra!

i love how she said " i think i just fell in love with richard" right after they did the dance scene!
I love too. So beautiful word. Yes right after they dance shooting...
Honestly Lily is telling the truth...
I mean shes dating the ex doctor who😂
I would kill to be a background actor during the ball scene. Everyone has a beautiful ball grown (or suit) and the hair, the makeup, the ACCESSORIES. GAH, it's all those gorgeous. This movie is so amazing. I remember seeing it as a little girl and being mesmerized, and I fell in love.
The amount of production that was put in this movie makes me appreciate it more. Outstanding job.
