I think you would like the CZcams video: "Behind The Scenes at the Ohio State Marching Band London Show at Wembley Stadium 10 25 2015". It is one of my favorites It shows the band members before leaving the U.S., arriving in London, then prepping/performing at Wembley. ❤
The guy with the baton is the drum major. It is a huge deal to be this for a year. Rigorous tryouts. There are videos of tryouts for these positions. Wears me out just watching those. They spend years going to camps and things to learn to do it. They are basically the field commander of the band.
They Played at Wimbley during NFL Halftime….it was a tribute to ENGLAND (beetles, rolling stones etc…)

I absolutely love your reaction! But I am not sure how many people know that it is significantly harder to get a full scholarship in the band as opposed to a full scholarship on the football team 😂

This is not the best band in the land to me, there are other bands better than the Ohio State band ,that have differnce style of music and dancing, such as the HBCU bands!
