    + 20 pounds
    6-reps
    + 20 pounds
    2-3 reps
    + 20 pounds
    Max (first session of the week, lots of sleep)
    10 reps is gonna be like 60-100 pounds off your max.

    Wait bro what you even doing you coulda gone for a 30 piece on that.. As could any self respecting guy who's been in the gym a couple years.
    20 on 135 is light work bro. You solid, you know this. Lmao. Before I fucked my shoulder up, I was doing 22 on 185, 10 on 225 and maxed out an 295.
