lifting for tall people is more difficult when they are beginners due to their longer limbs, but with years they have more potential to lift heavy because they can get very big. Hey you helped me with my bench and my whole lifting overlook. I do want to comment on your squat form. You have a lot of knee movement, squats are actually a hip exercise, not so much legs. So when you squat you should be moving as if you about to sit down at the bottom. A good way to practice that is to actually do box squats, where you sit down at the bottom, pause, an stand back up. Also, some stiff legged deadlifts will help strengthen your hamstrings, you need that to get out of "the hole". Also doesn't hurt to use some knee sleeves, us older guys need to protect them knees:)

With you’re pull ups is that you’re main movement for biceps and for triceps you just use tricep push downs and extension. Currently I just do weighted pull up and chin ups but I’m professing too doing chest too the bar instead of chin over the bar; great video

Fun Fact: being taller (having longer limbs and longer wingspan) puts you at a disadvantage when it comes to heavy benching. Thats just for all the ppl shittin on the big guy..
