In this video, my husband Finley (& I for a few hours) renovated our dinky bedroom into a cozy cabin bedroom we can feel at home in! This was a full renovation from refinishing hardwood floors, redoing electrical, insulating, putting up drywall, painting, installing a custom closet & decorating. Something ive always lived about your home videos is how realistic your home is. Everything is so personal to you and Fin. Its not cut straight from insta or a magazine. Its a real home that reflects yall in every aspect. Thats how home should be. Seeing your home makes me love mine more because mine is the same way 💛

For future reference, applying a generous layer of wood conditioner on the pine before stain helps avoid blochiness! Hope this helps 😊

I think it worked in your favour removing some of the wall boards and replacing it with drywall. It has made the room a lot lighter & brighter.
