I've been drinking my lemon water at night late, because I found out that lemons have terpenes that are sedative. And since I've been drinking it at night I notice the sedative effect. It relaxes me bigtime. And I just drink a good amount of plain spring water when I first wake up!

Very inspiring! And seems pretty simple enough! I'm definitely trying it. I've been blessed that I haven't had any serious health issues (nor even minor ones) despite the fact that I am carrying extra weight. But I'm getting rid of that, asap! And I was starting to think about long term diet plans and this is just perfect.

For the avacado and egg, how do you cook it when not using the microwave?
How much kale or greens did you add to the smoothie? You said about 1/3 to 1/2 C Cherries, but I didn't catch how much greens. Thanks
Is it ok to prep more than one week and freeze, or is that too long to freeze for? Also, do we need to add a good fat to this for longevity?

Here's the ingredients for the Vanilla protein powder: Proprietary Plant-Based Protein Complex (Pea Protein, Rice Protein, Quinoa Protein, Chia Protein), Natural Vanilla Flavor, Inulin (from Chicory), Glutamine, Organic Stevia (Rebaudioside A, Stevioside), BCAA complex, plant enzymes.
Where do you get the Cauliflour rice and what brand?
Costco sells it or you can make your own simply with a food processor. Just make sure it's organic.
Can you eat nut butter on this diet ?

Almonds seem like a questionable food to eat. They're super high in copper, Oxalic acid, Lectins, Phytic acid, and arginine! And they're a hybrid plant. Our ancestors for thousands of years never had any access to almonds.. Which means our immune systems are not designed to thrive off that food. Maybe they're ok, I dont know. But they seem like a highly questionable food to consume. Almond milk does sound pretty good right now though.
I also agree about almonds being a bit off the health scale. I have had 2x now where I have physically gotten sick w SB,s Matcha Green tea w Almond milk when they were out of coconut. It was a fast and strong reaction at an airport where I had to run outside immediately to vomit. I never have nausea so this was a huge reaction. Also. Noticed when eating almond butter and excitatory reaction in my brain and gut pain.
Your speaking very fast & over each other so it’s pretty hard to understand what yr trying to say and by the way curry is a dish and curry powder is a blend of different spices.saying. It would be good iguana speak one at a time.other
