- We couldn't seem to find camels or camel milk in Garissa, but our new friend with an American accent, Moe, had a backup plan. It turns out Garissa had another specialty, and we were going to try it before I checked out of the place. In the meantime, I would get some more practice with my Arabic and Somali.

That was quite the adventure. I was so glad to see you safely on the bus. While the video was rare and compelling, don't make a habit of taking too many such risks. Mo is a very interesting character. I think he was key to your making it out of the place in one piece. I think the locals trust him. Otherwise, maybe things could have ended up very differently.
