Normally dont comment on workout videos but holy crap. I hardly ever can find a back workout that I can do that I actually feel it in my back. This was amazing, definitely will be implentling into my routine!!
I dunno how to describe this exactly, normally i need loud music to train at home but ur voice and ur calmness made me train so good, very different, its like i focus more and can hear what my body tells me!! Thank u for sharing this !!
sometimes I watch videos and I go "that looks really easy, it can't be that bad", but then I do that workout and I really feel the burnnnn

From one fitness professional to another, "Keep up the amazing work!" I had never completed a Barre class until I found your videos. Now, I'm hooked! As a previous dancer, I love the nostalgia it brings and as a runner, I love the functional strength I gain. Combining your videos into 45min - 60min classes are my favorite. Maybe you could make some more full-length workouts?
I stopped rock climbing six months ago due to a neck injury and haven't been able to go back due to the shelter in place. This is going to help me get it back in shape for when we can start going back. I am also a dancer so this is great cross-training. Thank you!

I think my back being weak made my shoulders do the work til the end when they got tired and then I felt it in my back. Nice workout, I like to combine them to get in a full hour. Love all the video's, keep going back to my favorites

I needed a different type of training 👌🏽🤘🏽 this is pretty amazing alongside your weight loss HIT Barre workout 👌🏽
A perfect, short but effective workout. I love it because it is short, but I can modify the weights to make it harder. I love all your videos and the music was relaxing and helped me to concentrate and feel what I was doing vs. listening to other videos which are not yours with too much beat and annoying lyrics.
