- In Cabot, Arkansas, store janitor Bill Moczulewski would walk five miles, in any weather, to work the overnight shift at the local Walmart. A couple years ago, Christy Conrad saw Moczulewski out walking and offered him a ride. When she found out Moczulewski is legally blind, she started a Facebook group, Mr. Bill's Village, so that others could offer him a ride, too. Steve Hartman reports on the overwhelming response.

How come we don’t hear about these kinds of acts of kindness?? That lady is an angel. And so is that car dealer. Good for you!!!
Not every evening news shows these kind of story. But if you type in Steve Hartman, you will see all of his stories,of good people in these country.
Because the media gets more eyeballs showing racial, sexual and controversial stories. More eyeballs = more ad dollars, more ad dollars= raise/promotion. Follow the money. Why do think Hartman's segment is the last one, if it was so great for the network, it should be the First segment. It is all a very biased game- open your eyes to the reality and the truth which you do NOT get form the MSM.
@@DickNasty480 yes I know. It’s sad but true. Have a blessed day!
@@bobsturgis4674 thank you my friend.
I wish we heard more good news as well. I am so happy they did this story. I saw it on a reel on Facebook and it really warmed my heart. There are so many good people in this world. Love the Kharma at the end of the story!
Christy is a wonderful person - thank you. I honor you because women like you are needed and loved in every community. May I be so lucky to follow in your footsteps. Love you gurl!!
Thank you Steve for the showing the good in people in these country. We need more of these stories, with the crazy times we are in.Stay safe everyone.☮

An absolutely beautiful story, chock full of beautiful people.
I admire Bill's work ethic, and I will strive to emulate his attitude.

Such a sweet story. I love Steve, he always has the best shows.
Bless all those people and Mr Bill
Another great uplifting story! It wouldn't be a Steve Hartman story if he didn't make you cry...at least for me.
I am crying tears of joy and hope for humanity.
Christy Conrad 💪🏼 changing the world one ride at a time ❤️
Where there’s a will,
There’s a Bill!
You're not wrong!😅
Good one!
Just what America needs more of!!
Now this is what humanity, compassion and our country is about! Thank you Steve Hartman for sharing this with us. You always share what is good about humanity with us. God bless you, and your family.

Will if THAT don't bring a tear to the eye ...
That was a beautiful story!
Wow people helping people with all the day to day BS in this country thanks for sharing your making me adjust my attitude ❤😂
That is beautiful and awesome!!! Great News!!!
How cool is that? Great bunch of folks looking out for him!
This is what saving a "starfish" is about, I believe. Not saving the world, but helping one life.
Coolest town in America!!!
I love this ❤️
Great Humans. 👏🏽
What a great story !😊
Why does he live so far away from where he works? Why does American separate where we live from where we work? We we build societies that aren't walk-able and bike-able, that requires society to constantly require a car to go everywhere for our basic amenities. Cars are very expensive to buy, to maintain to insure. They pollute our air that we breathe. And the drives excessively speed constantly putting pedestrians cyclists and other drivers at risk. How about a society for Mr. Bills of the world where work is within walking distance at an affordable living expense. Is that too much to ask America?
Cars are a symbol of freedom. Not everyone wants to live in the big cities. It seems that zoning laws come into play.
@@Therealhtrinity 1) Most people live in big cities 2) Small towns could benefit from walkable and bikeable mixed-user neighborhoods too, BTW. 3) Owning a car is both freedom and slavery. Freedom to drive everyone wherever and whenever you want. Slavery because it takes a car to get everywhere. And slavery because you are slavery to the amount of expenses you have to pay to maintain your lifestyle.
Its actually Bill that is free. Doesn't own a car. Doesn't pay for insurance, gas, maintenance. So he gets to keep much more of his paycheck than all the people driving the automobile to pick him up. And Bill is thin. So he's probably saving on medical expenses too.
@@jojopuppyfish Freedom to choose is utmost. You have valid points. We all choose our sacrifices and trade offs. Yes we do need more sidewalks etc.
It’s so nice his neighbors can come together for Bill like this 🥰 And that we can share ideas like this. Thanks for your input. I’m not so eloquent with words atm.
Take care, and enjoy your day. ☺️
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Love this sooooo much
💖
This is not a feel good story. This is a reflection of lack of basic social services, something as basic as decent public transit, all over this country. This guy's story is not unique, and for folks that actually take public transit in this country (outside Northeast and Chicago), this is all too common. Folks struggling to get by, that can't afford a vehicle, and/or have medical condition that they can't drive.
Do unto others…
I love it ! 🙌🏽
❤
Wonderful🤗💕
This is a sweet community response but what would be an even better community response would be to actually invest in public transportation.
This is the government's responsibility. Not civilians.
Based on Bills work ethic, I am pretty sure he doesn't want the governments help and he doesn't seem to need it either. He was getting to work just fine without the assistance before people started helping him. Only, now he has little bit easy trip and from work.
@@kevinjernigan6649 because the ADA faught hard to get those rights made into laws.
So sweet,love it😅

so cool

Good thing he's not illegally blind.

But, who helps him get back home in the mornungs?

Fellowship seekers. Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord, Acts 3:19 Do to others as you would have them do to you. Matthew 7:12
I don’t like Steve Hartman
The youth could learn something about the work ethic of this man.
As could many of the rest of us. 💙
