Dont Make Excuses

Its Easy to make excuses not to exercise. In my case, riding my Trike. But every time i get a chance to overcome an excuse and hop on the Trike, i'm so glad I did. After all, the Trike is an investment in YOURSELF.
Make it pay off by using that investment.
