  • Bayern Munich suffered a heartbreaking defeat to Real Madrid in the 2nd leg of the UEFA Champions League semi final at the Bernabeu. Just before the final whistle, Bayern Munich were denied an equalizer as the linesman flagged for offside prior to Matthijs de Ligt finding the back of the net, leaving Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel furious in his post match press conference. This video analyses whether or not Thomas Tuchel is correct in his claim that Real Madrid get refereeing decisions in their favour in the UEFA Champions League and what it means for modern day football as a whole.

I've found when it comes to officials, referees and presenters in football now they do anything to use TV and social media to focus the viewers on getting you to like the person (whoever it is) usually use presenters or pundits etc... so you will take their opinions seriously its easier to defend the corruption if it comes from someone you think you like even if its bullshit people really are that easy to brainwash sad really

Sick of seeing them win again and again. Even Sachi"s Milan and Guardiola's Barca didn't win so damn much. It has ruined the Champions League.

I saw it live and thought he was miles off. I think a year or so ago the Lino would have had his flag up straight away, but I am ashamed to say after 55 years watching football I no longer understand the offside law.

Football is crap now, City keep winning PL and Madrid keep winning UCL: City will be winning their 6th PL in 7 years, Madrid will be winning their 6th UCL in 11 years. Make no mistake about it, football is crap and non-competitive today. Money destroyed football.

100% agree. It's a farce and also rigged. VAR is just "legal" match fixing in full view.

I have to agree with you,it’s putting me off football as well, if man city don’t get deducted points for there 115 financial irregularities while Everton and Nottingham Forest have been deducted points then that’s it I won’t be watching football anymore.

One of the world's foremost experts on the problem of match-fixing in world sports is Declan Hill. He has published multiple books on the topic, and he is always invited to speak at international conferences about sport corruption. There are several CZcams videos where he is interviewed. He describes match-fixing in football as a "tsunami".
People are very foolish if they believe that football is honest.

Loser excuses. It was likely to be offside anyway. Also Real players stopped and Bayern would
not have scored even if the play had continued. But they pretend like it was a “disallowed goal”.
As to the videos’ claims that Real gets calls in its favor more than others, its obvious, Real wins more than others. If they lost, then we would hear about all the bad calls against them. For example, in this very game the ref gave NINE minutes overtime! Then at 10:30 he signaled to the coaching staffs that he was giving an additional 2 minutes (no justification for this either btw as at most 40 seconds had been wasted in extra time). But inexplicably the referee gave bayern an additional 2 minutes with no justification whatsoever! If Real had lost this game, this decision to mislead Real Madrid into believing the game was ending at any moment would be a very legitimate grievance. But you don’t hear anything about this because Real WON.

I don't get Madrids goal when Rudiger & Joselu scored, both were off side possistion after Byan pushed out, never getting on side, then the ball was passed to Rudiger and Rudigur squared the ball to Joselu in what looks like a forward moving square ball?
Then Bryan's 2nd goal looked onside at the time, but the Ref didn't go to VAR.
Only to watch the cocky Spaniards to prance around in a final 15 shirt each.....again!!!. Are Madrid superstitious or confident of a win 😼😅😂😂😂
Corruption in football seems to be all around and getting worse.

    • @joeymonti3913
      @joeymonti3913 Pƙed 16 dny +1

My friend. The Real 2nd goal was onside because Joselu was behind the ball. That is not offside.
The Bayern offside, was not a “disallowed goal” the sideline referee raised his flag by mistake because he did not see Rudiger behind the two Bayern players so believing that it was a “clear offside” he raised his flag. Then, the main referee, seeing that the cross had been headed off by a Real player blew his whistle. Had a Bayern player obtained full possession, the ref may have been less inclined to blow his whistle. The referee saw the side official’s flag and the interrupted attack and blew his whistle. Real players stopped, Bayern would have likely not scored on this attack otherwise. But because the ball ended in the net, uninformed individuals see it as a foregone conclusion that “a goal” was taken from Bayern.
Bayern was also given an unusually extended extra time, while the referee was leading Real players to believe that the game was ending any second this altering how Real played in extra time, but this is a whole different discussion.
Lastly, the controversial Bayern attack occurred at 12:30. This was passed the already generous 9 minutes extra time given. At 10:30 the ref pointed to the coaching staffs and informed them that he was giving an additional 2 minutes, Real players believed the game was ending in 2, but then the referee continued on all the way to the 15th minute without any reason whatsoever.
