    I like when he said that his parents chose not to medicate him for his hyper activity. That's perfect parenting for me. If a child has a natural zest for life and abundance of energy. Why dope the kid up on medication to dull him or her down?? Use it to the childs advantage through various activities. If that's a childs trait then so be it. No need to chemically alter someone.

    • @GuRuGeorge03
      @GuRuGeorge03 Před 4 lety +8

      Depends on the situation. Some situations call for meds. The meds help the kid learn and possibly grow out of the adhd. I wish I had meds as a kid. My life would’ve been so much better. Especially my social life as I was awkward and didn’t even know why bc I wasn’t diagnosed until I was in my 30s. So, in my case meds would’ve benefitted me as a kid. But I get your point that meds when unnecessary can be very destructive.

      @LucyStar I have adhd, un diagnosed (old school parents). All my kids are medically diagnosed with adhd . I refused to medicate my kids until about the sixth grade. After exhausting every known alternative, fidget toys, learning disabilities help and mentoring, we caved in. It definitely helped keep them on task however they refuse to take it and truthfully I'm not a big fan of their personalities while medicated. I was interested in the pros and cons and definitely recognized it as a tool yet not a way of life. So I took it lol. I was surprised at how much it affected me at my body weight (200), as the same dose as my kid (120). It definitely helps, yet unfortunately there's a trade off between comfortability and production. I understand why my kids refuse to take it. After this experience, keep in mind that although it's prescribed for one per day, it can be use accordingly as well. Not every day. To your point, we're definitely not 100% in either direction.

    I watched Phil his interview for the second time today right after this one while doing cardio. It’s crazy how much cooler Brandon is. Phil acts like a little child, he needs to grow up. Phil is one of the best bodybuilders of all time i don’t understand why he has to be so negative of everyone who ain’t dick riding him. Brandon understands that it’s all about respect if you respect others you will get that same energy back 95% of the time. I feel like Phil still has that high school jock mentality lol. *Let’s make bodybuilding great again* 😂

      Very true I couldn’t watch more than 15 minutes into it. He has an ugly personality. Gets mad when they ask him what’s his nationality. Which is a weird and stupid reason to get angry at a question like that. Imo

      Phil Heath wasn't like this his first title , look up 2011. It's possible Brandon could get a big head if he starts winning a lot. Speculation tho. I agree tho Phil is insecure yet has no reason to be. WTH

      Mo Khan Ronnie won 8 times in a row and many other shows that Phil hasn’t and yet he’s still humble and nice to everyone. Phil is literally that 18 year old kid with a chip on his shoulder and super defensive/emotional towards everything

      @sagemode6 Před 4 lety +1

      @@mokhan6052 Hmm i may be completely wrong here but i feel like Phil is not cocky because he is a 7 time mr o but because he can't handle criticism that well and he didn't get a lot of creationism back in the day. It's only normal to get creatism when you are on top. You never heard Ronnie talking trash about Jay when he won and i heard Ronnie say several times that he liked his physique way more in the early days.
