Please don't use the egg shaped thingy (Belk) on your face. It's a makeup brush cleaner, and it works really well for a quick clean. I usually spray a makeup wipe with a daily brush cleaner and then lay the wipe over the ridges and then rub gently. I still use that Garnier leave in conditioner (many years). It's cheap, and it works well. Black brush is a nail scrubbing brush.

Edited, to add that the nail brush is great to clean under your nails. My grandpa gardened, and used the heck out of those. They're in every bathroom in our house, and by the sink in the kitchen. Super handy...but not especially pricy.

The bigger egg scrubber is a brush cleaner egg I have one for quick cleaning on my eye brushes and it works pretty great actually lol it is not a face scrubber though â€ïž
i use the small rubber thing for my brushes too, it works so well

The Meijer calendar looked like a Walmart Beauty Box of samples. Trader Joe's actually has some really good beauty products! Regarding Pantene, back in the 90's, my mom used to buy me Pantene shampoo and conditioner. For years, I had HORRIBLE back and scalp acne, and somehow she never considered that it was the shampoo. I'll never forget when I moved out at 18 and my skin immediately cleared up because I started buying 98-cent Suave.
So glad you finally got a good sofa after that debacle last year.
Fun fact both those brushes are wet brushes (Iâd recognize them anywhere) they are meant to help with really tangled hair best used on wet hair but also very nice in general

I can't lie, I am sad that this is nearly it for calendar reviews, you do them so well and really cheer me up when my chronic illness flares (like tonight), I would happily watch them all year round. I know it has been said before, but like the Sephora one a few years ago I think you should make your own. Perhaps go through what you have opened in 2021 and choose the perfect calendar pieces- give the companies some hope of what they are meant to do in 2022!
The pink egg thing, itâs to help clean your brushes. I use mine when I actually remember to clean my brushes, makes it insanely quick and thorough for the bigger ones

I legit just bought more! I don't like foundation all over the face anymore, but I use concealer constantly and nothing is better for under the eye than those tiny ones!

The little pink silicone face cleaner thingy is perfect to use as a "brush switcher". Just swipe your e.g. used eyeshadow brush over it and you can use it again right away. The powder sticks to the silicone. I absolutely love it and so easy to use.
When she pulled out those silicone flower things, I thought they were pasties--then realized Belk's probably not throwing pasties into their advent calendars. I'm pretty sure I've never seen pasties at Belk.

The âsilicone face scrubberâ of Belk spring, I have a blue one that literally was marketed as a baby item for scrubbing the weird sticky scalp dander that babies sometimes get, so you could definitely use it on your face, and thats a suction cup on the back, handy to stick on the side of the tub or sink for the tool to dry. The egg shaped silicone thing is a makeup brush cleaner for sure though.
I would have loved that when for my kids! They had disgusting scalps. But since the youngest is 8 it's might be to late

The whole car wax/Pantene things is probably related to carnauba wax. It is in known for being in aftermarket car wax products. However it is also extremely popular in other avenues...even candy! The next time you try and eat those swedish fish, bother to look and carnauba wax was one of the ingredients (last time I checked and ate them).
Yup any shiny sweets and it's regally used in other make-up beauty products, unfortunately it's something I'm allergic to so I'm always looking out for it, but yeah most car wax also uses it đ€·

The cute , pink "face cleanser" from Belk is to clean your makeup brushes on. The lil suction cup is so it sticks to the sink while you clean them. The other pink egg is one too. The eye packs can be frozen. They feel really nice. You made me smileđ»đđ

Those brushes in the Belk boxes are Wet Brushes and I love those things! The Meijer box brought me back to my childhood, as that was our go-to store. I now live in Publix country, but I still occasionally miss Meijer. Lol! Also, the 2021 Trader Joe's calendar was worth every penny for me. I love their stuff. I just wish they made full size of everything in the calendar instead of just one or two items!
I spring calendar was actually really good imo, especially to under 20 dollars! Better that the advent calendar I had this year, and that one was 60 dollars!

I actually really like Trader Joe's skin care/beauty products and have purchased the calendar three years in a row. The little tubes of hand cream and the peal off face masks are my favorite!
Here in my country, there is a brand that is very much known for their Shampoo + Conditioner products, and Idk the science behind it as well but it works great, actually- cleanses the scalp and hair while also making it soft, shiny and conditioned. đ

I hope you get to feeling better soon. đ€ The thing you put on your fingers and scrubbed on your face is for cleaning makeup brushes. It works surprisingly well. The gel thing with a flower on a stick, pop it in your freezer, then run under eyes once cold, it will take puffiness away from under eyes when you wake up, having an allergy attack, or a bug bite. I have one of those little brushes in my purse. It's convenient but not the greatest.

The pink thing with the little rollie part is awesome if you get migraines or sinus headaches. Stick that thing in the freezer then roll it on your temples, forehead and back of your neck, it feels so good!!

As someone who went to beauty school, If you use Pantene long enough there is wax build up on your hair follicles thatâll begin to weigh your hair down. The wax part is true. However I donât know if itâs car wax, thatâs a new one lol

With that little pink silicone scrubby, the thing on the back letâs you suction it onto a wall or tile or mirror to drip dry. Sephora had them for a while (LOL!). I got mine as a free item. I really like it and use it when traveling.
I donât know what the cold rolly thing is for but I keep one in the freezer and when I get bug bites I roll it over my skin and it helps!!! Also when my shoulders are sore it feels nice to roll it over!

Hon, those silicone things in the Belk spring calendar are for washing makeup brushes. You get the brush wet, add soap, then scrub it on the silicone thing to get the makeup out.
