the heavy duty dummy which is used in fma schools were also diy it was made of a tire of trucktied in a tree
yup! if given the option to use a tire based dummy, i would choose that haha

I have a tire and a broken arnis stick on top of the tire as my training dummy. That arnis stick was broken so I found a way to recycle it hahaha 😅😉

Its not clear how you are placing the bo staff to keep it sturdy in the barbell holes..is it stuck to the floor???? and if so how????
it just worked for me, but like i said in the video, it's not for hard impact :)
but when you are trying to save space this would work
