There's definitely a difference in temperaments and personalities among these little critters. But the one that is going to be a grab-and-run Camera Thief was absolutely clever. Someone on the video said, "He knew exactly what he was doing." Certainly did. He danced in and out of that cameras' grab-range and ignored the freebie on the ground, but wanted that lens frame. He's quite a little critter. He was even in hot pursuit of the keeper on the edge of the scene. They were all so different in their demeanor, energy, and all the same in their all-around cuteness. Really like the keeper (who recovered the lenses piece) from seeing him in other videos. Nice young man. Watched it 7,8 times. gotta come back cause on the down side was that woman screaming...chahhleeee... again and again,..grated on us. Finally on the down side, really down, someone set this scene up, using a keeper throwing the 3 babies into the clearing. Yuck. So phony in general. Natural is better, don't you think?

Glad I’m not the only one that found that super annoying. I don’t know what it means but I’ve heard it in other videos from other channels. I didn’t say anything because I feared I’d get accused of criticizing someone’s culture. But just as I am certain they would find many things we say and ways we say them (including the volume) obnoxious, all I can think of when I hear this phrase shouted and prolonged with that nasally voice is nails on a chalkboard. It makes me cringe so I can’t imagine how unpleasant it is for the little babies that I am sure have much more sensitive ears than ours.

This is great. They need hands on teaching with as much love and care possible. They need to feel secure and happy. The trauma they have suffered is very hard to get over, and to get through it. The state of shock and fear they are under when they come to sanctuary is so sad. Can't understand why they are abused so badly in their country. They would be arrested and taken to jail here for poaching and abuse. But people here are far more empathetic for anything that has a heart beating and blood running through their veins. And needs air to breathe and is a creation of God.

That was cute how the little one swiped the part off of the campers so fast. He wanted that part again after they took it away. He was going after it but the video ended. They are fast like a rabbit when they are young and slow when they get older and mature.

You guys are doing a great job at the sanctuaries making sure they grow up and start mating with each other, like crazy too. so it's high time that all orangutans be counted in the over a hundred sanctuaries so once and for all you guys get credit. orangutans are not endangered. in thousands of zoos world wide they go uncounted too. time free the orangutans.
