Glad ur climbing, and I believe the matchups are better in Mid but you are expected to fight more early which is a downside where as in top you can island urself a bit more. I also think it can fuck your team comp having a mundo mid but overall its not the worst.

I noticed you are super good at hitting cleavers at the enemy when they are farming under tower. I have the problem where I am so shit at predicting the enemy movement under tower I miss cleavers, lose health, and pay the price for it. How do you do it so well?
Try seeing when they will last hit ur own minions under their turret and it gets easier to predict where they go
People default to specific ways of dodging often when under pressure and it takes a lot to overcome doing these movements so putting your body in specific places can force them to dodge certain ways. Its very hard to get down in words but really focus on how people move when you throw skillshots from specific angles and you will pick up a lot of patterns. Under turret I will often move closer to the wall top side and then throw it down at an angle as they will dodge to get maximum distance from me and move up in the lane (Thats the general dodge pattern for people)

viable maybe, never optimal - doesn't let you win any fights you don't already from experience... fun though
If you play jungle then tempo is fine. I would never build terminus though there are better items if you want a very offensive build like sundered sky or experimental hexplate. In top lane, I think the lanes you would win with tempo you would also win with grasp and the grasp tree is just better overall. Not bad but imo not the best in top lane.
