general mundo question, is it better to get the health regen item or the flat 1k health item in heartsteel on the first back?
Health regen is pretty shit due to not high base and regen coming from passive. Get flat health.

As a boot swap yea but before that there are better items for sure.
damn these aggro plays before 6 make me wanna switch champion. theres so many loosing situations that you win by hitting cleavers might aswell play ezreal and do just as good. meanwhile 4 times out of 5 i sit under turret trying to catch cs and go even in lane when i could be winning if my mechanics werent plat level
Just keep practicing and focus on learning their movement. Also people dodge similar ways in similar situations without even thinking about it.

When should u take Flash over Ghost?
As a mundo main, I think you prefer ghost when you dont have a terrible lane and you have trouble chasing the enemy team in the late game.
I personally prefer flash to survive the early game, R alteady gives you a lot of MS
Take flash against riven and urgot (Mord if you have bad movement and cannot dodge the e). Rest of the time take ghost. Mord you need to flash if he looks to e you so his ulti gets blocked by passive.
