Ye I pretty much get it every game. It gives you so much dmg that if you dont have it on your end build you are losing a lot. The exception is when you cant auto much and you are also the only frontline for your team with your team also having a lot of dmg if you make space for them. Apart from that just get it 3rd-5th.

Play safe early, don't die. You don't need to win lane early. Farm with Q and scale with health items. Mundo gets AD by building health.
