They took 150 off Sunfire added 10 AH meanwhile they just gave IE like 10 AD and 5% crit for a 100 gold price increase
How do you feel about bloodmail heart steel and spirit visage or is it better to use warmogs now I like titanic for the extra auto proc but the ad is certainly better late game on blood mail
Bloodmail is good secondary AD item, titanic still the best option first. SV is default MR item and unending maybe the armor one. Warmogs split build if its a good game for it but if not then I dont think im getting warmogs.

Sometimes we cant build tytanic 3rd cause we need armor and mr before to survive, in that case maybe just go for thornmail and mr item?

Nah mundos clear with e is fast anyway. Its fine to go titanic 4th if you need 2 resist items first yea I do that a lot. A lot of the time Ill go heart, arm item (unending default rn), mr item (SV default rn) then titanic.

Could be lots of reasons but people overbuilding bloodmail and people who are playing him for the first time could be a factor. Cant judge his power level really until high elo is back to a decent standard so I can test against good players but remember people who are playing mundo for the first time, although he is easy, are likely to get shit on early as they don't realise how weak he is early.
