    Those pilates classes are gentle on one side but brutal (you know what I mean?). I find your pilates classes the most challenging out of everything else.
    I used to have a hip pain during run but thanks to all your hip work my hip is painless when I run. Thank you Nicole ❤

    The unilateral bridge lifts get me every time! An equal struggle fest on both sides.
