Thank you so much. I just subscribed to your channel. You just solved a problem I didn't find an answer to on most other channels including Microsoft help - responding to email from outside organization that power automate has marked as anonymous. Thank you.

Thank you! I was having the same issue with failure. Definitely everyone needs to know to change it to "Email Address" form field instead of the "responders email"

I was so happy to find this solution.. and know i cannot find my form on the list.. it looks like I have to make it in another “environment” ..

I just need to vent! 😅
      Hear me out..
to get a list to update automatically when someone sends an application via forms, I created the form from excel (on-line in share point, because many at the office need access). And now I need to send a list of answers to the ones that applied. Not possible? How do I get access to the forms made on share point in Power Automate?

@@LauriSolvb Forms in SharePoint is interesting. I have not tried that so cant be sure. However, if I remember correctly SharePoint access (security roles) are managed separately. So maybe, check if the user has required privilege's to the SharePoint, under which the Power Automate is running.

Hi Tech Quantum, thanks so much for this video tutorial. Is there a way the email notification sent to responder will show as being sent from default "Microsoft Form" and not via our own email (form owner) or shared Mailbox?

Forms can't validate email address input with restriction so how do you deal with the scenario of someone entering their email address incorrectly? I know D365 Customer Voice has that capability but it's too expensive. Any creative workarounds or thoughts?

Hello. I just was browsing a video about power automate pertaining to sending response particularly to those respondents outside our organization. I tried to follow your video yet I an error occurred. Though I picked the email address (which the respondent encoded in the form) they still can't received an email response. Hope you can share me a fix on this. Thank you.
