    Does the form have to have bulleted choices in order for this flow to work, or can a drop down selection work too?

      I would think so! Is your demo a video file that will be uploaded to OneDrive? If so, that should work.

      Sure. The nice thing about flows is that there are so many options to customize them to your specific needs.

    I need to build a flow where the form is simply sent to one email address, no conditions need to be added. How would we go about creating that flow please?

      Hi! Thanks for the question. You could probably just skip the Condition step in your flow and that should work.

    Hi and thanks for this guide! I’m struggling to create a flow where an automatic “thank-you email” should be sent to all the forms respondents. I don’t get how to fill the “To” field with an information (in my case = the email adress) given by the respondent itself in the form. Hope you could eventually help me!! Thanks 🙏🏻

      Hi. Thanks for the question and glad you liked our video! I think if you add the form into your flow right before the email, you should be able to pull from the form's fields in the next step of the flow.     How does support/customer service know the contact infomation of the person asking/filling in the form, so support/customer serive can get back to the person with an aswer?

      You can add additional fields there to ask for the person to fill up their details.
