മറ്റുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്കൊപ്പം ഭരണ ഘടനയെ സംരക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിൽ ജുഡീഷ്യറിയും നിരാശപെടുത്തുമ്പോൾ, പ്രതീക്ഷയുടെ ഒരു മെഴുകുതിരിയെങ്കിലും ജ്വലിപ്പിക്കാൻ പുതിയ ചീഫിന് കഴിയട്ടെ എന്ന് ഹൃദയപൂർവം ആശംസിക്കുന്നു. പൗരന് ഇനി ആകെയുള്ള ഒരേ ഒരു പ്രതീക്ഷയാണ്.

കീഴ് കോടതി മുതൽ സുപ്രീം കോടതി വരേയുള്ള കേസുകളുടെ നടത്തിപ്പിന് വേഗം കൂട്ടി. വ്യവഹാരികളെ ഈ കാലവിളംബത്തിൽ നിന്നും മോചിപ്പിക്കാനൊരു നടപടി ഉണ്ടായാൽ മതിയായിരുന്നു.

How can a judge or a justice decry a system of which they hv bn direct beneficiary. All directly or indirectly benefitted by collegium. It is not someone is more comoetent or kess competent. From among whom hv they bn found competent and by whom? Judges to d highest court shd hv passed thru at least 3 levels of screening and experience from sessions, thru to district court, hi court and then to Supteme court.

YV Chandrachud was one of the 13 Judges in Kesavananda Bharati case. He was appointed on 28/ 08/1972 while he was a judge of Bombay HC.
He was then aged 53. It’s an an allegation that he decided KesavanandaBharathi in favour of the government at the instance of H R GOKHALE and Gagendragadkar as they helped him to reach the post bypassing J. Adv.Jayashankar is the numero uno about political commentary and by this time every body started listening him. His analysis and comments with witty sarcastic and pun is highly appreciated. Because of his past baggage of being a communist sometimes trouble him a bit and Kerala audiences are destined to be in the time warp of a thought process where where the public has to carry the leftist leftovers and Nehruvian romanticism. Even a BJP minister mint money with using this Malayalees foolishness in his TV channel "Asianet" catering to anti nationalism. Example CAA, Article 370 and god forbid, Triple Talaaq. Why there should be a judgment against Amit Shah when when after so many enquiry commission it was proved to be a cooked up story? Or ask the then intelligence director Raghavan or the confessions of Madam Jauanthi Natarajan that she was forced to these lies in her press conferences by her bosses especially madam and her lovable son .

Supreme court has no power to delete, alter, or add with, anything in the Indian constitution. That power is vested only in parliament. Once parliament passed an amendment , and ratified by states. and signed by president, it became part of the constitution. Any order, decision or judgement of supreme court is law to all courts. in India, but NOT law of the land unless sanctioned by both houses of parliament

How do a judge's son becomes a judge in a higher judiciary? How did this collegium system came in to being? It is only in this country, that this type of illegitimate system remains. The parliament and state assemblies must pass a bill de recognising this collegium system, and the president must give assent to that bill. Otherwise the status of our judicial system will be in question. The constitution envisages the executive the aughority to appoint judges to high courts and supreme court, in consultation with the CJI and this is to be re instated.
