Long road and years of research getting to this video. When people find out what a certain virus and "safe and effective" treatment has done to bifidobacterium, HMOs will become more important than they have ever been.

You stated in a previous video about how prebiotics are a more effective way to treat the gut than probiotics. You stated that a probiotic could open in the gut and cause SIBO if they open too early. If this is the case then would all powdered Probiotics not cause SIBO as they go through the small intestine

Can I take the Apple peel powder if I get itchiness from eating apples . I’ve never had a severe allergic reaction to them but I get tingling. I got really sick from other birch pollens like hazelnuts

can these be taken as an enema, if the end goal is for them to feed bacteria in the colon?

Hi Later, the HMO will reach your colon eventually because your stomach and small intestine will not be able to digest it.

@@LayerOriginNutrition Hi Brandon, I have been following your videos and blogs and I was just wondering how you go about micro dosing your trigger foods on the food sensitivity protocol with hmos and reds if you have more than one trigger e.g gluten and lactose. Do you add half thumb nail size of each everyday at first or do you have to introduce one at a time and do the protocol several times? Thanks
