Hi Bárbara! I usually make sure to do total of two layers of chocolate on the heart and focus the second layer on the edges mainly to ensure it doesn’t break. I hope this answers your question. Thank you so much for watching!!
You should have used a disposable piping bag for your numbers and letters. It's a lot easier.

Actually for the imperial ones because its like $13 jar, not like the $6 ones, it goes on smooth on chocolate like using the alcohol.. they actually told me at the store I didnt need it...its the cheaper ones you definitely need the alcohol for...I love the imperial ones so much better...saves so much time
