How to Roast Peanuts in a Pan on a Stovetop

A simple way on how to fry groundnuts with garri in a pan on the stovetop. When not done properly, you may burn the groundnuts, to avoid this, use garri and continuously stir it until they turn brown.

+Maziokoks you are welcome. Sure you can use salt if you want it a little bit tasty. Just make sure the peanuts are completely dried before frying with the salt. If they are wet you may end up with very salty nuts which I'm sure you won't want to

An English name for Garri will be granulated cassava and sometimes called cassava flakes. It is a Nigerian food made from cassava. If you find it in any african store it will definitely be called named garri.
