Sure, after all, honey IS sugar, some water and tiny amount of magic minerals added by the bees. But for all technical properties it is sugar with a bit of water.
Probably a bit late, but perhaps your heat wasn't high enough? Even though honey is a rather general thing, it still has different types due to different flowers and stuff. Edit: This probably applies to the sugar, too. Slightly higher heat with an adjusted amount of water.
Really nice looking food menu.... good recipe to try...thanks for sharing....👍👍
It's probably something that nothing will ever taste like the ones at the gas station
Wowwww..❤

THANKS! I'll try this!
At what heat setting are you roasting the peanuts???
Hey…I used medium flame on stove top.
❤😋😋😋😋😋
Thank you
hmmm...
So glad you didn’t add a lot of sugar like other recipes
Lmao
My honey remains tacky ? How do I dry therm out?
Lessen the honey and be very shy with the water. Medium heat and stir away, this takes a while but turns out well.
Lol I added to much water and it became a mess
Sugar is wrong. Honey is 85% natural sugars and 15% water. You don't need sugar in this recipe.
I agree.that person so wrong for adding sugar
Mine didn't crystalize...What did I do wrong? It just became a big block of peanuts stock together.
LOLLLLLLLL
so did mine i was also confused why that happened

Not everyone can make this ... I rather buy it, hard to pass that caramelized scent
Sugar you added looks a lot more than 1/4 cup. Please give the correct recipe.
A cup its 250 g and it doesnt look as that much so probably its 1/4
sugar? why?
