Brave man wrapping your hand around the leader. one spout of energy and you could end up missing some fingures or a dislocated shoulder.
Its a special wrap, so when you open your hand it slides off. Its used to leader a Marlin.

Should have used bolt cutters to cut the hook guys. Between the barb and the big eyelet that hook will stay with the fish for a long time which is so unnecessary

why , if you want to release the fish ....take your hook and fish with it another day, I think it is better to take it home and enjoy it.They are good eating . Good video .Cheers.

when he releases the fish, the hook remains in its mouth. why? wouldn't it kill the fish?
WHM No. If you leave the hook in the moth you won’t use a stainless steal hook, but instead a pure metal (iron?) hook which while rust and within a matter of says break off and fall out of the mouth
