B&T SRBS 556 - 3D Printed Inconel Suppressor!

- I don't know how they did it but I'm here for it! A reduced back pressure suppressor that's not loud! The tone was very low for a 556 suppressor and the lack of bolt speed increase was appreciated! I'm already looking forward to the next SRBS suppressor from B&T!

I received this suppressor yesterday , and all I gotta say is yes wow I own six 556 suppressors and this is absolutely the best. I have it on mk 18 and it’s great. No gas to the face and it will not ring your ears at all. It really is the best 556 suppressor I have ever shot.
@@waltermatney6090 🤷♂️ and yet I get people in the comments that don’t believe me. The can is awesome. Period.
@@nfareview thank you for your channel. I really appreciate it.
Nice to hear. I'm waiting on mine now as I speak.. Watching this Damn can't wait to get mine..
have this and a polonium on the way
i like how my suppressor has become obsolete before I ever even get to bring it home.
@@coach- well the flip side is back in 2006 when I bought my first can it just sucked for 10 years straight before competition ramped up 🤷♂️😂
I get bored and start scrolling my pocket computer, drooling over all the new cans on my wishlist and scheming on how I could ever afford them. Then I take a few of my cans that I currently do have out and shoot them, and realize that I already have some really nice, high-speed stuff that isn’t only just fine, but awesome gear that 99.99% of the people on earth will never even experience.🤠
not anymore man, got my supp in 4 days from purchase to holding it
@@mdbizzl mufookin perspectives n shit
Yup haha
B&T , owes you something because I think your channel sold a lot of cans for them this week. I personally bought one after watching your show. I watched everybody else’s take on this can but yours was the most compelling. Thanks. Appreciate you.
“Other wise I’d have a room full of boxes” felt😂😂😂
Jokes on you! I still have a room full of box 🤣
Would love to see the 30 cal version up against the CAT ODB!
Came here from the 13 year old indoor "fly shooting" video, stayed for the interesting and relevant, contemporary content!
That 75y downrange tone is 🤌 😮💨
Friend of Adam here, he owns not one but TWO gassy ass rifles. That Mk18 upper is no slouch when it comes to over gassing, so if it ran well on a URGI and a 10.3 mk18 DD upper MG.... thats impressive.
Crazy how suppressor technology is changing, way too cool.
I didn’t even consider this for my Mark 18 until I watch your show you sold me on it
I have done electrical work at B&T here in Tampa at a few of their locations. I fan boy out when I go there. Love the company
the oven mitt print is called "kitchen camo"
Clever
😂😂
Waiting on my B&T SRBS full size 718 two weeks into my wait on the tax theft approval
I love the objectivity of your reviews. I guess the experience helps! I just subscribed. God Bless.
Just ordered mine today (7/6/24) and “preparing for eforms.”
Can’t wait!
Where did you order this? Capital armory doesn't have any of these listed?
No noticeable flash at all on the MK18 was another impressive aspect with that unique front cap.
That’s one of the most quiet ones I’ve heard! If you ever run into some pressure you don’t like or want anymore. I’ll take one. Just let me know.
Thank you, good info. Nice toolbox 🎉
Fantastic video as always, much appreciated. B&T is on my short list of suppressors.
Badass video. Earned yourself a new subscriber!
Sounds really good
Reeled me in with the 50 shades of awesome... i mean tan. This is how a test should be done. Thanks for doing it right for us
I about got one last week and bought something else because I couldn't decide lol. This will be next months can.
I feel that. I was wanting a duel lok 5 and a velos 5.56. My ffl got both at the same time. So I decided to grab the duel lok. 2 weeks later the velos was still there put it on layaway. Filed the paperwork Monday.
Really tempted to get this can now.
I just placed my order and SilencerShop has a free tax stamp when purchasing it so couldn’t pass that up!
Sounds so good 👍🏻🇺🇸
i really hope you can get the compact version of this!!
Still want to see you review the Disavowed Innovations Group 5.56 bantam II and Badger. Company is formerly thermal defense solutions. Additive manufacturing inconel 718.
I was considering getting the rugged surge x, but now I’m heavily leaning towards this can
Great video as usual, a bit disappointed with the flash. Looking at the end cap i had high hopes, but sound and seeing the low backpressure is amazing! One thing i would love to know about is that wrap you have on the handguards, i need those on my shorties!!!
Looks like it’s from Burnproof Gear
We are flying in from Denver again this year - suppressed fest was so much fun last year! We look forward to trying this suppressor out and hope you have a .30 B&T by October!
@@LonelyRavenProductio love that! Yeah they will have a ton of suppressors there! And machine guns 🫶
Having seen several reviews of this suppressor, very tempted to pick one up for my 6 ARC and direct mount it.
I am thinking the same thing but with a proof cf bbl on our 6arc I'm leaning towards the ti version🤔
Why not CAT NOAH?
@@802PRE because, having owned cans for over 20 years, I can tell you that the company is just as important as the can. I've lived thru companies going under and being bought out. And when your can needs service, you'll appreciate a company who is still around and responsive. I'm sure CAT is solid, but I'll let you be the pioneer. I've been bitten more than once so... 👍👊
Great review. Any plans on reviewing the LPM torch? Trying to get more info on that can but not many decent reviews on it yet
Great review 👍✨
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
clicked this video just to say , "that is a beautiful rifle"
That muzzle blast though 🤣
I just wish there were more color options for suppressors. Finally managed to find one for my Ruger MKIV that matches the ano on it.
Have you ever tested the accuracy difference between direct thread vs quick detach mounts? i.e. same gun, same can, but swap out the mounting system and see if it changes group size/location?
Would like to see a head to head with the Energetic Armament ARX.
Just on sound, this, CAT, or PTR?
Ok I’m sold - I’ll take two
I really wish someone would do a review on the compact version.
Where is there an outdoor range near Tampa other than the Antelope club?
How does it sound compared to the 556k flow from huxworx? Looking at getting one of those since my guns pin and welded for it
Correction, they have the largest catalog...by far
@@lmassey1984 600+ I’m pretty sure
@nfareview Yes sir! And they will make any suppressor they have ever made for a customer, according to their owner during an interview he did with TGBtv! Now that's service!
Curious on your thoughts/opinion on the ti for a 300 blk subsonic setup?
15 months in and still waiting for my can…my friend ordered his can a few days ago and got it already…stupid atf trust wait times my can is becoming old and I haven’t even shot it
Comparing this to the Huxwrx and Griffin Dual Lok in regards to sound suppression/comfort without ear pro, are they pretty similar? Not sure if I actually clicked submit for this comment earlier, sorry if it's a duplicate.
Have ceramics ever been used in conjunction with inconel in the industrial industry? And if so could it be Printed?
You say it did not speed up the MK18 and no back pressure was noted, but the ejection pattern changed from 3 o'clock to 1 o'clock, indicating over gassed. Any input on this would be appreciated.
Yes the ejection pattern changed plenty on both rifles and he says the Super duty is the gassiest rifle he has but it had perfect 3:30 ejection before suppression and then suppressed it was about 2:00 and he still said he didn’t get gassed out. So there is no continuity in what he said. The Super duty upper looked like it was perfectly gassed. Unless he just means more escapes the charging hand but dang just put a better handle on it.
What's the length and weight without the mount?
That's some freedom. Full auto AR and suppressor.
Something you cant buy and something you have to ask the crown to own.....
@ALovelyBunchOfDragonballz you can still buy machineguns, they're just expensive
@TheMikeshannon and in places in the middle east you can buy a full auto AK for a few hundred bucks, no permits no nothing and we call ourselves "free"
@@TheMikeshannon I can buy a machinegun, _IF_ the owner is willing to sell one that was made _BEFORE_ May of 1986.
Yeah, real free.
@ALovelyBunchOfDragonballz you said you can't buy them, and that's not true. I literally said you can buy them but they're expensive
Did you mount it with different direct thread interface between your Duty and the MK18? Any problem with the direct thread walking loose?
@@TheWuxian yeah I just used their DT mount it shipped with and a YHM DT mount for the other gun. I just removed the can and kept the mounts on the gun to make filming easier/faster in this FL heat. Shockingly the mount never came loose from the suppressor body during shooting considering I was only able to hand tighten it as I left the spanners at home.
I do want a Rotex mount for it though. QD would be best.
But will it best the PTR?
What wrap are you using on your handguard?
Liven the FA. America!!!
When are you going to review CAT suppressors?
So much better than the Surefire rc3!
@@thegolflife7565 pretty sure a potato takes that prize 😆
Tampa? Do you need another product tester? ;)
My next can will be a B&T
I just placed my order today 😊
What handguard protector is one the guns?
B&T supressors are on the same level as Surefire and KAC. I would rather have a B&T than an overpriced RC3 and both of them can attach to the same muzzle devices. I prefer surefire muzzle devices for ARs and im so happy that B&T started selling SF SOCOM QD mounts on their cans.
Omg kac suppressors suck my guy
B&T originally designed the mounts way before Surefire even started making cans!
....but have you tried Liberty Precision Machine's Anthem S?
Damn amazing collection and setup - what the hell is your day job?!

How does this compare to the velos lbp?
Somebody please tell me why cans are so expensive?
Uncle Sam wants an additional 2 Franklins’ to give us permission to possess it. Inconel is $2.75 per pound. Sorry, just can’t feature this ???
@@ThumperX do I really need to explain the costs of running a business and how it differs from a charity?
Here’s a small brief sample of costs: building costs and maintenance, machinery costs and maintenance, raw materials, utilities, employee salaries, employee insurance, liability insurance, website costs, product R&D, ammunition, advertising (huge cost), travel to trade shows, trade show booth costs, hotels, food, manual design, manual printing, custom boxes and printing, stocking of product, expansion, recalls, military trials, etc.
I mean yeah, a suppressor company should totally sell you a suppressor for $5. Checks out…

Check Silencer Shop, I believe it’s on a rotating banner front page
How is it serviced if you have an issue? Cleaning?
It's a rifle can. You don't have to clean rifle cans.
Tailwinds certainly help mitigate pew pew debris

Wait, we don’t keep the boxes anymore?
@@geraldwaite5084 toss em…its liberating lol
Interested in if they’ve sent their cans to Pewscience for his standardized testing. Love to see how they stack up with what CAT’s got
His testing is proprietary, not standardized.
@@nfareview That’s partially fair. From what I understand though, while the algorithm he uses to finally score each can/host combo is proprietary, the tests he performs and data gathered to get there are no secret and could be replicated by anyone that wanted to. These tests are standardized in the sense that he’s independent from the manufacturers and follows the same methodology for each combo that’s reviewed, which offers the public a great idea of how every can stacks up to each other as far as their sound signature is concerned. Who else is running such a wide range of suppressors through the exact same objective testing regimen for a particular host while intentionally specifying and eliminating as many variables as possible? Unless the exact cans you’re looking at happen to be featured in the same vid, most other tests or reviews that people see end up being pretty subjective and not very reliable as a way to make consistent comparisons
Obviously there are a lot of other factors that play a role in suppressor decisions and that’s where these more general reviews are great imo. They often provide useful insight into ancillary characteristics which can then be weighted in, albeit usually in a subjective/case-by-case way. This isn’t less important necessarily since different use cases might demand different characteristics. Plus they’re also all very cool to watch
When it comes to the sound signature though (which is a big one for probably most people), the testing Pew does is highly consistent and therefore valuable. It’d be sweet to see this can be evaluated in this way and compared to other ones in its class
@@user-fx2nj6kb2i I’ll never discount what he does. So don’t take it as that. In my mind, the more of us testing and videoing and writing about firearms and suppressors the better our collective chances at spreading the good word against liberals. 🤘 this is also why I invented Suppressed Fest so I could bring live demos to the public.
@@nfareview no worries here man and please excuse my word vomit above haha, it’s more for other people that may come across it. @@Qthunderchicken Any HUB mount, QD or DT will work with it.
What are your other top 3 556 cans that have earned a spot in the safe . And also 9mm sub gun cans
I like everything about this can except the size-the .30 cal inconel version is 1.73 inches in diameter and weighs over 18 ounces with the mount. I just ordered a can for my 300 Blk PDW and decided against this one just based on size alone
Wow
Normally 3D printed things are cheaper, not more expensive. Was pretty disappointed in the cost
A 3D printed keychain on Etsy and a 3D printed suppressor are not the same thing.
@nfareview it's still a faster cheaper process than milling out the material. You can get cans for 500 sure you have to add the tax but that's still 200ish dollars cheaper.
@@brandon7990 you’re forgetting about R&D costs, raw materials, machinery costs, time to print, etc. Once you come to terms with the fact it’s a lifetime purchase, the sting hurts a lot less on silencers. 🤘😎

17 ounces is absurdly heavy. No one talks about how shitty that feels on the end of your gun, and just nuts over "muh suppression muh sound"
I mean a pound is not light, but on an SBR length barrel the rifle isn't too far out of balance for it to matter much. In the end 90% of the end users are larping around at the range and using this for home defense. For "Door Kickers" there are more compact options available. We are certainly living in the golden era of suppressors!
