    Quiet flights with no screaming babies is always a plus! We haven't tried a budget airline yet - but with the savings, I'd consider it if I had flexible travel arrangements since the 2 budget airlines we have often have issues. Thanks for breaking down this experience and glad it worked out for you.

    We’d definitely be ok with no food, no entertainment etc if we could get a flight for that price 😅 if you’re well prepared, like you guys were, I think it would be great!
    I really liked the style of your vlogging guys, especially your talking shots in the airport! And yay for having the row in the plane to yourselves, makes vlogging a whole lot easier too 😅

      Yes we got lucky on this flight! On the flight home we had someone in the middle seat which was definitely a lot more cramped, but really no different than any other plane we've been on. Thanks for watching guys!

    We flew Play last year out of Baltimore! Really liked them, but the flight back was a bit of a nightmare though not their fault at all. It was me, husband and our 2 boys so we sat 2 and 2. I had a a family with the mom next to me, dad across the aisle, 2 little kids and a lap baby. They gave that baby chocolate milk in a bottle and then were surprised that the baby started throwing up all over the place. I whipped out my baby wipes while she couldn’t find hers (and my kids were 13 and 15 - I never travel without baby wipes!). Then the guy next to my husband (and if front of us), hacked for the 6 hours back to Baltimore. This was 2 weeks after they stopped testing for C. So sure enough, 2 days later husband came down with the same cough and it was c - it was the first time for him even though he is a pilot and then we got it from him though we had already had it. But would fly with them again, good equipment though may watch the other air carrier to get better seats next time.

      I also was on a flight where a baby next to me was given chocolate, and threw up shortly after. It was all over my shoe and bag. Turned me off from traveling for a while.

    @LucasWorldTravel can you kindly describe the boarding process at dulles with Play airlines? I paid extra for a value ticket but I am reading that included carry on luggage and priority boarding is non-existent. I am planning to fly with play in October from Dulles.

      It seemed like everyone is flying from around DMV area. I’m in Maryland my self. I’m still curious of this airline compare to Frontline and Spirit. Although, I have never taken one of those budget airline before but when they sell their ticket, it seems like attractive price but once you add luggage and seats, it all adds up and almost same price as the other airlines. Thoughts 💭?

    Not impressed with their policy at all! I usually dont get the cancellation policy but life thaught me that for longer flights or more expensive trips it might be a good idea so imagine my dissapointement when it turns out it doesnt matter in the end as apparently earthquakes and an errupting volcano isnt a good enough reason to cancel my flights to Iceland. Only a doctor's note, covid or death is included in their policy. So now Im down over 300 euro plus extra money for a cancellation insurace that is genuinly useless!
    Dont do it guys, its worth paying more somewhere else they at least care about their passengers.

    • @Vee3000
      @Vee3000 Před 5 měsíci

      It’s not a good enough reason. volcanoes erupt without disrupting air travel. Absolutely no reason to cancel.
