    Well done Stavros, another busy week. I think I would leave the cable ties out of the cover repair, without them the patch could be applied better and would be stronger in itself, but I guess if you never try, you never know. How many blue pallets can you carry in them rigids. A good clean second hand one sounds the better option. If you meet a tractor on a country road, the tractor would still have the option of pulling into a field. Anyhow great informative video, keep them coming 😎

    We used to have zepro lifts that rested against the barn doors (non-tuckaway) on the Connacht Court trucks. Used to hate using the tuckaway or half-pint lifts as we used to call them. Always preferred Zepro over Dhollandia as well.

  • @MichaelLKW-Fahrer
    @MichaelLKW-Fahrer Před 4 lety +1

    What I don't like about the Dholinda tail-lift is the joints between the yellow flaps and the ramp itself. Overtime they wear-out and become loose and the flaps will fall when knocked with pallet or cage.

      @@stavros969 I'm glad about that Stavros, that it wasn't done by thieves maliciously (Here in Essex and all around the UK in general, it is very common place, with the boys going around mainly at night, slashing curtains etc).
      One night, about a dozen full sized tractor tyres were stolen at the roadside from a curtain sider overnight. You can just imagine the damage to the curtain, the size of it. How they did it without the driver waking up, I don't know? But, as you can imagine, the driver wasn't impressed!!
