    I loved this and I can't wait to make this for my project. I was wondering if someone in the house doesn't like cheese is there another thing I can use to stick the taco together or would a hard taco be better to use?

      You can also serve it as a regular taco without the cheese. Top it off with the cilantro, onion, radishes or any other toppings you prefer.

      En este video use 5-6 libras. La cantidad de agua depende si te gusta con mucho consome. Yo use como 12 tazas

      I store them in a tightly sealed tupperware. It tastes much better when reheated. Enjoy!

      I used Oaxaca cheese, but you can use mozzarella, pepper jack, or monterey jack

    Amazing video!
    I have a quesiton, in the video you said you are going to use 5Pounds of Chuck roast, but in description it says 8-10
    lbs of chuck roast?
    If i want to cook 10kgs (about 22 pounds) how many of them should be meat with bone and how many should be chuck? And correct me if i'm wrong, should i use 24 guajillos and 4 anchos for 10kgs?
    I'm sorry for so many stupid questions.

      The amount of peppers used is good for up to 10 lbs. The more peppers you add the richer the broth will be. The Ancho peppers gives it flavor and a richer color. If you are making 10Kgs which is approximately 22 lbs, I would definetely double the amounts.
