I am a happy customer. I bought one to improve the reliability of my water system in a property with several bathrooms. I have been using a VFD system with another backup VFD system, until one failed.
When I got the CSV, I first had initial issues with leaks due to age of the intake PVC pipes and its joints. Sam, from Cycle Stop Valves Inc., patiently walked me through what I needed to do and even went to help me out on a replacement part. Superb product coupled with a superb customer service.
The new system can handle the varying water demands with a 1.5 hp Goulds jet pump and a CSV1A, where it replaced a 2 hp (expensive) VFD system as the primary pump. I still have some ways to improve my overall piping system by reducing turns and bends, thereby reducing friction loss, improving performance, while saving a bit of electricity.
I am indeed a happy customer. My future water systems will be one with a CSV.
Thank you Sam, thank you Corye, thank you to the Cycle Stop Valve, Inc. team. Thank you Cary for inventing the CSV, and putting together a company in bringing this excellent product to us.

Thanks so much for the kind words. We will never get rich selling an inexpensive product that last forever. So, reviews like yours are worth there weight in gold to us. Replaced a 25 year old CSV for an old customer the other day, We both agreed if the new valve last as long as the last one, neither he or I would know about it. Lol! Glad the younger generation is picking up the ball and running with it. I hope helping people solve their pump problems gives them as much enjoyment as it has given me for the last 30 years.

Going on a year since installing my CSV with the small tank. It replaced a huge 47 gallon fiberglass pressure tank which took up a good 3' by 3' space, along with all of the crap that accumulated behind it in my basement. I was so happy to be rid of that huge tank!
The install was really straightforward, I mounted it directly at the wall where the line from the well enters the basement. We have an 85 foot well with a Franklin 1/2 hp submersible pump. It maintains a steady 55psi when the pump is running, and that is after four large 20 inch water filters and the water softener. Yes, I installed several pressure gauges in my system to monitor the water pressure and know when it is time to change a filter or two.
Also, no more drop outs and lights dimming when the pump would turn on and off to keep up with the water usage, I did some electrical work too. The professional installer was not very professional in regards to their electrical work when installed by the previous home owner.
Then the outdoor spigots, they are now useable with our pressure washer, no more surging or drop in pressure.
Not only do we have constant water pressure when the tap is on, but the almost instant hot water was an added benefit.
Best plumbing purchase I have ever personally made.

@@cyclestopvalves8380 I was taking a shower a bit ago, and was thinking to myself how nice it is to have that near instant hot water in the shower. With the old system, it took quite a few minutes to get to the shower head, and you would have to stand there with your hand in the shower stream, and wait, and wait, and wait. It was the same throughout the house, especially in the kitchen... I was to the point of installing one of those hot water circulation systems it was that annoying. Glad I did not, as the CSV solved all of that, and many other issues... That is why I posted today, I was thinking about all of the money you saved me! So, I had to tell someone, LOL!

I’m planning on upgrading my shallow well jet pump to an 18 GPM Goulds submersible.
Gotta figure out a way to hang it though, my well is 36” diameter by about 25’ deep.
I’ll definitely be installing a CSV setup!!
    Super cool product…
FYI I’ve read some of the negative comments on CZcams and judging by lack of understanding (that’s very apparent within they’re comments) I’m assuming it’s mostly trolls..🤔
I was going to install an overpriced VFD but ran into this product in my research… I love the simplicity of this design and will promote it at every opportunity!!

Thank you! And you can hang a submersible in a large diameter well like that by attaching the tee at top to a couple pieces of angle iron, square tubing, or something stretched across the mouth of the well.

How about send me one to Cambodia and I can’t find one here.

We would love to send one to Cambodia. We have sent CSV's all over the world. However, many countries do not make it easy for a US company to do business. Tariffs, customs fees, and shipping make US products way more expensive than they should be. They don't make it fair for US companies to do business overseas. But we will do what we can to get you what you need. Thanks
