your explanation and detailing is very good. but you should also give eassy methods of achiving the final posture. If the body is flexible, it is possible, what you are saying. but for those who cannot bend their bodies, how and what they do to achive the stiti. please give insight in every video about this progressive achievement to be achieved. hope you undersstand.

Her instructions are authentic iyangaar style.
I am trying this from 3 weeks but I am not reaching the pose like this person as he is showing the pose, I know its tough to reach the pose like this person, but tell me, when will I reach that same pose like him, I am doing this pose 25 minutes everyday with taking rest in beginning and I want to know how much time it will take to reach in correct place because you are doing in correct way and you know very well how much time you have taken to reach in final position. Please help me, I am waiting of your answer from now 😊.
It depends upon how much you are rigid. First of all you have to unlock your hamstring, hamstring plays most important role in forward extension. There are lot of video regarding unlock of hamstring like lifting one leg upto 90 degree etc. Still on an average it will take 3 months if you have a stiff body.
@@Harrishp Thank you so much Sir for your reply, even I also heard that it takes 3 months to improve, but I was expecting, may I get a little bit results in one or two months, but now no problem I am struggling and waiting for good results. But Sir, I just asking you one point, when I perform this paschimottanasana, after doing a every sets, I feel right side of thigh and back more pain than left side, I don't know why this happening, but my position is totally straight forward as I saw in your video, can you tell me, where I am wrong or it will grow like small and big? I am waiting for your reply, thank you 😊.
