- former employee of Sean “Diddy” Combs has filed a lawsuit against the producer and businessman, accusing him of s$xual assault, sexual harassment and “grooming.”
Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a former producer and videographer for Combs, filed his civil complaint in New York federal court on Monday. He states he worked for and traveled with Combs between 2022 - 2023, while collaborating with Combs on his most recent album, “Love.”
Among other allegations, Jones claims that Combs did not compensate him for his music producing work, forced him to procure and interact with sex workers, threatened him and served alcoholic beverages laced with drugs to guests at parties at his homes. Combs’ chief of staff, Kristina Khorram; Universal Music Group CEO Sir Lucian Grainge; former Motown CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam; and Combs’ adult son, Justin, are also named as defendants.

Yearrrrs ago my friend and I went to a party. They had a guy serving drinks. I had a few sips from a glass of wine, and thought it tasted terrible. A little bit later I was sitting down and blacked out. Fortunately my friend woke me up and we left. As soon as we stepped out the door I threw up all over my dress. I thought it was cheap wine. I think we are focusing on the wrong part of the lawsuit. The sexual assault is not the issue of concern. The allegations of providing underage children with alcohol and recruiting underage children with his son is the issue of concern because that is criminal. We need not forget that Diddy had Usher live with him and things got so bad that Usher's mom came and removed Usher from the home. Also, Justin Bieber was groomed by Diddy and has cut off all ties with Diddy. That is the story, and that is the story that Cassie confirmed in her lawsuit which Diddy settled in 24 hours. I am not discounting the man's sexual assault claims, but if this man has videos or photos of Diddy supplying underage children with alcohol or showing Diddy recruiting young children, it is a wrap. Let's not forget, Diddy was 35 when he entered into a relationship with 19 year old Cassie. So this story is possibly true

Unpopular opinion. This guy is on some bs. If we remove the salaciousness and our opinions about diddy, a lot of the allegations don't make sense. Firstly, his original complaint was not getting his publishing. If it is true that diddy forced him to do illegal activities, wouldn't this be your first and only complaint? This is worth way more money than publishing from an album that no one bought or heard. Secondly, his allegations are all speculative. I.e. diddy sleeping with underage prostitutes. How does he know that the women were underage? How does one verify the age of a prostitute? Also, diddy lacing women's drinks. How does he know that the drinks were laced, and how does he know that diddy is the one who laced them. He didn't see he saw or had evidence that diddy laced drinks, which would be a natural admission. He just said that the drinks were laced. The internet has already debunked his stevie j allegation. His motives are not pure enough for me to believe what he is saying.

I do believe the handpicking is 100% correct. I was at a concert, the headliner walked pass me and I said "hi_". He looked at me like I was meat but he was on his way to the stage. It's so easy to say, "Why didn't you just leave after the first violation or after you first witnessed something dastardly." But keep in mind that the plaintiff had signed a contract and was professionally obligated to do work for Diddy, and he may have been even paid an advance (which is customary in those types of work contracts). Leaving without completing the work could not only open the producer up to legal action, but sully his own professional reputation and make it hard for him to make a living in the future. Also, keep in mind that people have to make a living, pay bills, and support family. Likewise, if the producer witnessed a man get shot, there was a level of intimidation and fear for his life as well. So, it's not always as easy as walking off the job and not looking back. Sometimes people just endure abuse to make a living until they can escape the abusive work environment. We seem to understand this when discussing regular 9-5 jobs, but we suddenly change the standard for people working for rich, powerful celebrities.
