Spend 5 minutes in wh and found 8 data sites and 2 relic sites whort of 100 million ISK

I hope this trailer means you guys are thinking about expanding exploration next. We need more scenery and stuff to explore beyond groups of ships and stations you can't interact with. Mazes maybe? Heck, just give us something pretty that we can warp to and stare at for a while. That alone would make all the difference.
or maybe expand the exploration bonused ship's, of all the 100's of ships you can fly their are 9 frigate's, and 5 cruser's, if you include the SoE ships and T3 cruser's built for exploration, I'd say thats a pretty poor showing

1. I love exploration. The feeling of finding that rare item and the danger associated with it is amazing.
2. He forgot to tell you about the long jump sessions and the long waits during the scans which can be very tedious.

@@blitzhacker6981 I think they did it for the trailer. Although to be fair, I escaped a Tengu in a Stratios some time ago. The Myrmidon shouldn't have escaped though, it's a brick in space compared to the Stratios.
My favorite part of EVE videos is staring at the fits and questioning them the entire time. Cap chain local rep nestors. Shield Regen Stratios with an offline Extender. Hacking Myrmidon?

Aren't Myrmidons used for Sleeper sites?
Myrm makes sense, mids and highs for explorer mods, drones and armor tank for defending yourself.

People will argue about the accuracy of the narration, but this is a super effective ad that captures real player sentiment and the beauty of the game in real visuals.

He says "Unknown Parts of Space" twice in the exact same way. He says a lot of things the exact same way with the exact same pauses. Kind of tripped me out jumping from one part of the video to the other with the exact word and hearing the same exact pause and way of saying is kind of trippy.
That'll teach you to watch a crappy video in it's entirety next time.
Exploration is what got me hooked on EVE. The thrill of evading pirates in lowsec or cloaky hunters in wormhole space is incomparable to any other game I've played. I still love doing it, but it's a shame CCP nerfed the loot to the point it's not profitable anymore.

Exploration minigame is awesome, but needs more love. You could build up more on it... It also should be the go-to ISK making method. It forces players to actually play the game. Best profession to recommend to newbros, will teach them all the good stuff they need for EVE-survival.

I made an exploration Heron and soon found out that I could zip in and still people stuff and then leave. Then I started stealing from wrecks near Gates before the triglavians took those systems. The most fun I've ever had in Eve has been in a 2m ISK Heron.
Herons are a blast. One of my favorite hull designs too.

Exploring and randomly stumbling upon an activity will 99% mean you can't do said activity because you got wrong ship and/or wrong fit to do it :)

AWESOME! I have recently gotten a little bored exploring because it's really the only game mechanic I partake in, but this just reinvigorated me! Bravo!
Definitely try some PvP. Started at exploration, got into scouting for Wormhole gangs and it's amazing fun. Also trying my hand at hunting other explorers. Try new stuff, exploration alone can get a bit stale after a while, especially since it doesn't make a lot of money right now.

1. What does it take to run this game.
2. How many gbs is it.
3. Is there a tutorial.
4. Active playerbase numbercount.

1. Depends how pretty you want it to look what matters is your internet speed
2. 8GB its on a server and they push small 200mb updates
3. Yes very detailed and a friendly community at your starting base to help you learn.

i have seen the ad few times while i run my channel, i don't skip the ad sometimes and keep watching, it does interest me because i recently watched the TV series AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D. (1-7 seasons) and the events is too similar to this trailer, i want to try the game but i don't think its going to be easy to unlock stuff and start enjoying from the beginning, probably its gonna take a alot of time, anyway i don't have time to spare on a game yet because im too busy making content on my channel, maybe giving it a shot in the future.

I've always considered that this activity is mislbeled, there is really nothing to explore, just like what, 12 kinds of anomalies, pretty repetitive stuff most of the worthy stuff are the same anomalies but in WH space, for me it's more like a scavenger than an explorer.
This is meant for new player, those who don't know the game loop and for them this can be and feel amazing.
Tho i agree CCP could do more, make new sites using the graphics they used for trig space, they could add some temporary WH so exploration can feel more like exploring the unknown. But in the end everything is gonna be repetitive

Strange, that you showed the age old blinking space butthole ( 0:45 ) , the "black hole", in the light of current finds and representations.

Also a bit of false advertisement, since these (the j-space effect indicators, like pulsars, magnetars, Wolf-Rayets, etc.) are skyboxes, not stellar bodies that you could interact in any way. Some of them are ok for screenshots though.
ps: Sorry for the negative comment. These effects could be nice features that could greatly increase immersion, but although the skybox method might have worked in the past I feel like they aged poorly and have been ignored for a long time. The art team usually does a fantastic job, but it seems, they are directed towards other, more demanding Jesus-projects, like warp animations. A change would be nice.
The wonders of exploration: Finding a DED 4/10 after hours of searching and than a ninja comes in and steal your loot. Or you just entered the first pocket which is already empty and no one is on d-scan in the 2nd pocket because instead of completing the site so it disappear after the officer is looted someone take the passkey and sell it per contract. So it doesnt disappear on your sig scanner but you cant finish it. Yeah really great experience...oh and the bonus is you can train a long ass time to learn to fligh t3 cruisers but the exploration sites have a limitation so you cant use them.
Exploration? Why? Because: Mining. Dead. Building. Dead. Ratting. About to be dead. Go explore a wormhole? Last viable profession. Wait until they find a way to nerf this into the ground.
Have you heard about abyssal deadspace mate? that is far from dead and way more lucerative that exploration.
I have been considering Exploration as my Primary/Go-To activity.
However... at least with what I know of, it feels like they're designed for (or) only benefits solo players, and don't really contribute anything to corps in general...
That is, other than those who specialize in exploration as well.
Ive always looked at this game but my computers can never run it good. You should make this work for xbox or playstation if possible.

Exploration in Eve is really awesome. But it was better before you gave new probes. You should know where to place old scan probe and each time it was like to win.... Nowadays it is not enought mystery: you know what you can find there anytime.

To be honest the loot drops aren't that bad. WH's I've been in have netted me at the VERY least 10 million. As an Alpha, that ain't bad.

you assume they gave time to read it first or did a retake. This is the modern era. Nobody except the most toxic of people who have a sinister agenda redraft their scripts, redub their audio to fix mistakes and maintain consistent audio quality, read through their arguments or even send them to a friend for review and advice before posting their youtube video, or make videos longer than 5 minutes. Only the sickest individuals do that, and they hate everything. They even have the nerve to ask people to qualify their statements of fact with evidence. Can you imagine? Asking someone to prove their point with evidence and references rather than accepting that you are right? Unbelievable.
