    This video is still so relevant. I'm not looking forward to drawing circles. I've been avoiding this practise for so long and I've made real short cuts. Good to see your take on its importance.

      Great job! Glad you found the video useful. Fundamentals are key. You should do the same exercise for lines. So happy you practiced this exercise! - Arvind

    Deadmau5 would be good since he likes triplets and that just seems more appropriate to draw circles to somehow

      Use it as an exercise before you start drawing. It will help you loosen up. Each person is different but the more you practice, the better your circles turn out. I still do them when I feel really rusty.

    • @Raven-xe7zv
      @Raven-xe7zv Před 2 lety +1

      @@DriventoDraw ye I use them as a warm up exercise myself 😉. After drawing circles for a few days I finally see what you mean. Is there an exercise for drawing hair?

    • @DriventoDraw
      @DriventoDraw  Před 2 lety +2

      @@Raven-xe7zv Depends on what you are looking for. If it's stylized hair drawing, that would be a different approach vs realism. I will have some videos on that in the future.

    • @DriventoDraw
      @DriventoDraw  Před 11 měsíci

      No. It doesn't have to be...at least not at the beginning. It's just an exercise, and over time, you will definitely see improvement!

      @@DriventoDraware you sure...? Like 100% ?

    • @AR-pb2zh
      @AR-pb2zh Před 11 měsíci

      @ronaldpagar6513 I am absolutely sure. It takes practice, but the improvement is inevitable if you put in the time to practice. I will create an updated video on this. The trick is to use a light touch and one circular motion and rotate your arm, and keep your wrist straight.

      @@AR-pb2zh light touch? What's that?

    • @AR-pb2zh
      @AR-pb2zh Před 11 měsíci +1

      @@ronaldpagar6513 A light touch means not putting too much pressure on the page with the tip of your pencil. This reduces the friction and helps with your circular motion.
