- Throughout my career I've been criticized and complimented for the fact that I wear makeup while racing. It makes me feel confident and good about myself, so I've just always done it. Here is a quick tutorial on all the steps I go through. I'm not a beauty influencer, but I tried my best! Let me know if you like it.

I don't think it's a coincidence that I've been asking about that eyeliner 57 different times on your ig because I can't keep mine on while skiing for the life of me and this video comes up 5 days before my birthday! Ordering that Bobbi Brown magic in the pot right now!
Also, about the makeup and skiing. I saw a lot of people judging you for it over the years, that you wear too much makeup or that it's not something alpine skiers should do overall. The only problem I always had was how the f. did you make it stay on? Because I know it takes a lot to finesse that. So hats off to you for that as well!
I honestly always wondered how her foundation stays on when she has goggles on 😂😂
@@Mellyy97 It's about the right products and knowing how to lock it in. I personally use a waterproof concealer, set it with powder using a sponge dampened with fixing spray. All drugstore surprisingly. Practice makes perfect I guess. But that liner was always a struggle.

I use to wear almost full glam whenever I had track or cross country races and it helped me so much with confidence in myself as a person and runner. So yes to this wonderful makeup tutorial

As a former college athlete-from many moons ago, I appreciate the fact that you model and embrace your femininity while at the same time being a hard-core, no apologies necessary, strong female athlete. I used to get teased back in the day for wearing ribbons in my hair and applying makeup, and wearing perfume while running track (sprinter). Thank you! 💋💄(And, I’m super excited because I just noticed I have that exact same eye shadow palette.🙂) I think you’re beautiful! Get it girl!

You're so awesome❤ You are such an inspiration😍 I wish I could've seen you race for the last time here in Åre, Sweden. But we couldn't afford to rent somewhere to live, the tickets, travel. But I watched on my phone and when you crashed in the Super-G I screamed and after that I had no voice😂
Anyways I just wanted to tell you how big of an inspiration you are, all the times you've been injured and been able to come back even stronger😍 And that you are equally beautiful with and without makeup😍❤
