- I am no stranger to a hard workout, but celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson has been pushing me to my limits. Gunner is famous for giving Khloe Kardashian her revenge body and also trains some of my friends like Kate Beckinsale, PK, Ciara, and lots of NBA players. He is no joke and I definitely was sore for a week after this!

I don't think I have ever seen you wear acrylic nails. I don't know how the heck you're gonna catch that ball with those. But what do I know, my anxiety is too busy urging me to bite mine. A little suggestion I have is for workout videos in the future if he explains what he has you doing, could he put it in simpler terms? I didn't understand most of what he was talking about. He said something about your upper body work out being push based. Does that mean he was pushing more to work harder or is that an exercise term? It's kinda weird not to see you with Bundt anymore. I miss watching ya'll together.
