    2006 Frontier 4.0... no trouble EVER until 250k miles. Started missing and lost power above 40mph. Replaced plugs, vacuum lines,VVT solenoids, catalytic converters were plugged(replaced). Replaced O2 sensors, cleaned throttle body & MAF sensor. Replaced intake gaskets and coils. Runs fabulous now but still no power above 40mph. What you think is likely issue now?

    I liked the Video but please lose the music. I had to turn the volume off it was too distracting. It would have been great if you would have explained it as you were working. Maybe you could remake it with talking, give us the torque specs etc that would be very helpful. Thanks anyway Scott B

    • @tommymiller320
      @tommymiller320 Před 4 lety

      Most can last 200k miles so long as engine has been well maintained. Constant oil changes when due, never low on oil. Chains can live even past 200k

    Man, I really need to change my chains on my 08 pathfinder but I'm scared that I'm gunna mess it up. The only time I ever did this was on my 3000gt vr4 and that was a single timing belt. I really wish you were in Daytona beach because I would hire you to do the job. Regular mechanic garages won't accept the job they all told me that only a dealer has the tools to fix it.(unfortunately I can't afford what the dealer charges for that job. Or genuine Nissan parts). Oh well the parts will be here tomorrow, wish me luck lol.

    • @RescueMoversDFW
      @RescueMoversDFW  Před 7 lety +9

      No worries man just buy a repair manual for $30 at autozone and label all the parts and you good to go. Since you did it before it would be easy mine was the first time do a job like this and my frontier still running like a champ. Also i never bought any special tool to do it just used some mexican mechanic skill and boom. Lol

      nissan 350z El millage adecuado es a las 100k , pero yo la compre con este millage y despues De prenderla en las mañanas hacia un ruido como cla cla cla y despues se le quitaba poquito cuando calentaba durante El dia, entonces supe que el ruido venia de la cadena del tiempo y si ya estaban las guias rozando con la cadena, te recomiendo que mejor la cambies ahorita antes de que empieze hacer ruido.
