Easy when you know how. Nice job. Just a point of interest, I never knew chains had timing links until I checked my Nuffield last year. (Did a video of that). I've fitted dozens while reconing engines in the 70s. Mainly Mk1 Cortina etc and Minis A and B series. Also Vauxhalls of the same era. Yet my Nuffield engine is 1953. Never too old to learn, and you only learn the first time you do it.

Why didn't you actually show how you put the chain and gears on. I need to know how to get the chain past the tensioner without taking the cam covers off and listening the tensioner bolts up. That's the only way I can see being able to get the chain past the tensioner even with it fully compressed mine has no room to pass over the lip on the tensioner foot.

Seen a video where they remove access panels on the timing cover over tensioner and water pump. Once the chain is loose they use 2 long bolts to get the water pump out.
