I like Kenny what a great guy. My biggest concern would be the transmission. People were also complaining about the price of the Z06 you would have to put $30000 into a C8 to do what the Z06 does. 👍🏿
Kenny is a great guy for sure. Yeah, I agree, but they’ve figured out how to put less stress on it and the clutch.
Not really these two are for completely different purposes. 900 at the rear tire with such a small peaky powerband is not good for any road course circuits or racetracks other than straight line racing. Nevermind all the aero and downforce etc., plus potential loss of warranty.
Fully agree that you would have to put $30,000 into a C8 the real talk is you can get a C8 Corvette stingray anywhere you can’t get A Zo6!!!!

@@a1taxiofny can you imagine the horsepower that that guy‘s company is gonna get out of A Zo6! I grew up in the 60s and 70s and I cannot believe the horsepower of these cars are pushing out never thought I would see this.

This place is 15 minutes away from my house. Never knew anything about them. I'm going to take my 2001 Suburban there for some estimates. Hope they can get it to do at least R/T numbers. Good video 👍🏾

Many people can’t get a ZO6 due to price or availability. I’d love to see more on this subject of bringing your stingray to the level of the ZO6.
I’m curious to know more about the suspension upgrades that come/can be done. Do these packages change the brakes too? What about tires, recalibration of the driving modes, limited slip dif, etc.
I went to JoTech back in the day to install some parts on my 95 Eclipse GS-T back in the late 90's. They use to be in a little shop over by Shiloh in Garland. Man that brings back some memories.

Awesome content, seems like a very knowledgeable company. I have about 24k in my C8 procharger and exhaust and have about 540rwhp, semi happy with it, but this twin turbo stage 2 or 3 to get 600whp seems very impressive and pricing very similar

What’s with the “Zed”, business. Jermey Clarkson doesn’t know how to pronounce “Z”.
It would be short lived. The FPC creates a lot of NVH as-is. When GM comes out with the Zora my money is on them using a crossplane crank 5.5L DOHC.
@@evolvedresponse128Not true. There are several shops that have boosted the GT350 (FPC). Of course, there are limits to what the stock crank can handle, but an FPC can tolerate boost to an extent.

Seems interesting to me that Trifecta has not completely crushed the market with their factory ECU tuning. Makes me wonder how limited it is or what's actually involved.

Hello. I have a question. I have never tuned my car with turbo or super charger, so I'm wondering, how it will affect consumption and durability? How many miles I will be able to do with full tank? Or kilometres, because I live in Europe and we measure consumption on litres/100km)... everybody here believes that with that performance, it must eat like a tank
Turbos are very good for mileage compared to superchargers. You’ll get same mileage as stock or better, unless you floor it then it wastes much more gas. Durability wise, keep torque as low as safely possible, torque kills engines not horspower, so just ask for a safe tune, not full power.

Tune and how you beat on it. Plenty of stock motors have lived at elevated power levels with proper tune and knowing when/how to race it.

This video is not the one we need to see. It is misleading. We need to see the vid that shows how long this engine lasted before becoming a trashed. My bet is that in the few months since this was posted, this car has needed ALOT of money poured into it to fix it.
No doubt. There's a reason shops are doing forged motors when doing big boosted (supercharger/twin turbos) setups. You could run 650rwhp and be fine but up past 700 you'll have a bad time
And its not EASY to work on these engines.
Emilia bent her rods with like 700hp. There is no way with 1000hp the engine isn't built.
We've done it with two unopened engines.
Tune has a lot to do with bent rods. Early combustion before piston is at tdc can do it.
She built her car early on when tuning was an issue. While I believe it can make over 1000hp longevity is the other issue. Shit I built a single turbo 3.9L V6 Dodge Magnum motor in a Dakota that made over 500 RWHP but it only lived 4 months...
