Procharcher has 100 ft./lb. torque more than the ZO6 as well.
He didn't test 0-60 and 60-140. ProCharged has not been tested for years of dependability.

Matte black because of Stealth PPF with Adrenaline Red dipped interior and every piece of carbon fiber money could buy including the Rims. I currently have a 2020 3LT/Z51 Stingray that will live right next to the Blk Z ✌🏼 ❤ProCharger❤

@@703SpeedI'm highly considering both these options plus Lingenfelters 2650 kit w/upgraded valve train, drive shafts to get the 3 yr warranty. Or do their new 700 NA package which is heads cam & 95mm throttle body add AR headers, high flow cats & AWE touring exhaust to get over 600 hp & 535 tq per Lingenfelter.
Its a VERY HARD decision as traction plays a huge role from here. My 16 ATSV w/501 hp & tq at the wheels just murders the tires. I have PS4S on and they break loose all the time. I love the Z06 sound and exclusivity ❤!! The pure rarity makes it unobtainium and that much more special. I love Forced induction ad my last 2 cars Tuned Mk7.5 Golf R tuned to 400hp/380tq & the ATSV. The turbo punch is an Adrenaline ride! However kills tires quickly. The heads & cam package for $15k is $10k cheaper than the 2650 & 4k than the procharger kit or about these #s.
The heads cam has enough ho & tq to do the job but not enough to have to worry about excessive throttle control & killing the tires.

I REALLY, REALLY wish someone would do an all-out supercharger/turbo 0-60 and 1/4 mile testing for the C8s. Before I spend any money to put on a power adder, I want to know ALL the numbers. Horsepower is one thing, but how does it really perform?!?@🧐 by the numbers...

The people you mentioned are all out when it comes to hopped up C8s. Not your average persons cars. Many companies have provided turbos and superchargers for the C8, but I believe that the real-world daily numbers over base ARE NOT there. (0-60 mph, mpg, top speed...) Prove me wrong, Cleatus... I've done my homework, go do yours junior.

I would get the zo6 . Make it a bad ass n/a build , full ti exhaust, headers , ported tb’s , flex fuel e85, cid or frank max effort heads and some custom spec cams . Easy 700+ whp n/a!!!!

C8Z06 all the way which is what I did. No voided warranty, better suspension/handling, better sounding, reliability, exterior styling, resale value & N/A.
Resale value is unproven at this point, esp considering stealers still demand $30K+, and you can't sell for 6 months.

Reliability? The LT6 has been blowing up all over the place sadly, whereas the good ol push rod American muscle will handle boost no issues
I paid MSRP for my 2LZ coupe. Front lift, machined face wheels and premium color. Cost was $126k, less the $5k rebate after 6mo ownership.
I wish you would have used each car's internal PDR timings to get 0-60 and 0-100 times. Thats what we all want to know.
Rather have the z06. Which is what i did. My z06 is in production now!

@@703Speed Yes i got it at MSRP from macmulkin. I didn't get any options lol. Just a base model 1LZ in ceramic matrix gray with adrenline red interior and black wheels. I can't wait!

- Better suspension / handling
- More cooling
- Better sound (subjective)
- Natural aspirated power
- Value will hold over time, if not gain.
- msrp without fancy bells and whistles, same price
- you can add a super charger and push even more hp
Was this shot on a "closed to wildlife" road course? I'd be a little apprehensive about hitting Bambi or Rocky or Bullwinkle or one of the TMNT out there.

@703Speed honestly never thought of it, haven't even checked to see what compression is on the zo6 motor, might be a tad high compression for boost, didn't think about even checking that out
@@703SpeedGM dropped the compression & went to cross plane crank for the turbo turbo ZR1. Rumors has it theyre olaying with different displacement mules from 4.2L and up. When I visited Ruck Corvette Conti he said theres a new engine setup coming before the ZR1 was announced and there will be a LONG build run for C8 with the Grand Sport coming soon before C9 models are introduced in 2030 or later as they want all the $$$ they can get out of C8 and to get the production #s to where they should be 40k Stingrays, 15k Erays 15k Z06, 4k-7k ZR1
You gotta upgrade the Procharged C8's exhaust. I had my c8's stock exhaust 2 years before I got the Borla ATAK. I regret not doing it day one.
Hope you retuned your car as youll gain hp & tq. If you did headers too thats another 30- 40 tq if American Racing per Steve @ LMR

I'll bet that $30k includes more than just the procharger. There was work done to the DCT and clutches to handle the extra power.
Where you finding a base ZO6 for $111k at? Especially 5 months ago?
I need the 3LT/Z packages and there are many items that are needed such as the front lift & GT2 seats, PDR. The 1LZ is base no rear view cameras no blind side monitoring which is much needed. Plus the front cameras only on the 2LZ and up.

@@703Speeddude I own a LT3 Z51 C7 outright and they almost got me for that Z06. They wanted 155K for LZ3 Z07. Black Rims, big wing and all black interior. They wanted to give me 43K for mine but when I thought about that car note... I passed.
Interest rates still insane and I'm basically 800 credit score at 33. I can't justify paying a higher car note than a mortgage when I own a Vette already lol. I wanted it so bad tho.
Keep in mind my Vette is a 15 and I didn't even have 20k miles on it yet!

Did you get the 2650 Lingenfelter kit installed? Did you get the Warranty? What tires do you have and are they good enough or need Cup2s or R?

Sadly the compression is too high & the engine is a race engine with crazy tolerances. Make sure to warm up your Z06 or you'll nuke your engine.
Next time do a few 0 to 60 and quater mile pulls so we can see whats truly faster. The z06 starts at 106k and the stingray starts at 67k so does the 30k for the procharger make it faster then the zo6 which costs about 40k more then the stingray.

I know this is a Vette channel but you should do a S550 Gt500 vs C8 Stingray or Z06 I'd prefer a F350 6.7 or an S550 Gt500 but the C8 gen of Vette is nice just not something I'd ever own especially since I'm not a GM/Chevy guy, the only Chevy/GM product I'd ever own would be an LBZ/LB7 or L5P Duramax

Would be interesting to have a GoPro for a few 0-60 runs and perhaps 0-100. I see you blocked out MPH so the police don't come after you so all of us understand the problem. I also see on CZcams SEVERAL dealers willing to sell Z06's at MSRP and even at $1000 under! That was NOT the case a month or 2 ago! Also compare the cars with ALL WEATHER tires and not the performance tires and $11,000+++ carbon fiber wheels! That alone is a significant performance difference! I don't know about Procharger but s Magnuson supercharger comes with a 3 year, 32,000 mile warranty! Chack around for best deal!!!

You can get a Z06 C8 for a low price if the first buyer sells it and voids warranty. Corvette tells you to keep the c8 for 6 months to keep the warranty.
Macmulkin Corvette…Number One Corvette dealership in the World…MSRP only dealership according to their website. They may be like Number 1 Toyota dealership in the world(Longo Toyota) where they may not accept any more pre-orders(I’m guessing because of allocation) BUT especially now with certain cars sitting on lots because of the economy and some holding out for the new ZR1 or Zora…there may be order cancellations or an opportunity to be put on a list…then wait patiently for your eventual dream car…dealer’s choice. The cars above MSRP can collect dust as far as I’m concerned. Buying a plane ticket/driving home or having shipped from an MSRP dealership is cheaper than ridiculous gouging markups…

Yes. All C8's so far are NA. And it appears as though some, if not many future models, will be EV, which I'm not a fan of. Btw I have a C7 ZR1 ZTK. And I like the fact I can fill it with fuel much faster than I can charge an EV. BTW, My neighbor had a Tesla Model S plaid and made some runs on a 1/4 track. Drove home. Parked it and connected it to the Tesla charging system. Next day it wouldn't turn on (didn't take a charge and fried the battery). Tesla refused to warranty it since he 'raced' it and subsequently charged it which overheated the battery. He said they complimented his ET's however.

MacMulkin does MSRP and are awesome to work with. Theyre # 1 dealership in USA. 2-3 yr wait for Z06 as of today. $5k down needed. C8 Stingray no wait time just build time same dealership $2k down. I was told by God to wait until Sept to put my 5k down for my Z06.

Z06 isn't quicker, faster around a track... but in a street race or a drag strip, shorter races favor the supercharged c8. My S/C C8 has almost 650whp, the Z06 has 670 at the crank.

I have no idea why anyone would brag about any car (especially a sportscar) being “loaded to the max”…. All options will add weight (except CF wheels)… the worst you can do to a sportscar is to add weight. If you want fast, you want C8 1LT or ZO6 with Z07 and CF wheels and no other options… especially not HTC
It's "loaded to the max" because that's what I prefer, the car is daily driven with weekend trips to the dragstrip or autocross so maybe 1 of each 100 miles is spent on the racetrack, hardy worth giving up 50 lb of luxury. In the 1/4 mile 100 lb will cost you about a 1/10 of a second.
