Restorative yoga is also excellent for significant weight loss. I love practicing both yin and restorative, I have a spinal condition amongst other issues with my spine and find a combination of hatha, yin and restorative has worked wonders for me. I'm doing my YTT in January and I can't wait, yoga has become a huge passion for me, something that I never thought it would! !
