I feel like not a lot of people are talking about nacho and rudiger today. They played soo phenomenal, the way nacho kept taking the ball away from mo salah was outstanding. Rudiger defending so well on the right side as well it was soo clean from him.
Rudiger recovered well from his miss judging of d ball that allowed Salah to get d ball and pass to Nunez. But he was good otherwise.
Nacho was fully committed to being Mo Salah daddy today, that man was like his over-protective father guarding his child.
Absolutely they were on their best last night seriously, what a performance from does two nacho and rudiger 👏👏👏

Amazing passing. Amazing energy. Amazing defense by Nacho, Rudiger, Militao, and Carvajal. MVP game by Camavinga. Kroos and Modric had high energy too, and kept Liverpool more defensive. They were able to do this because, as Don Carlo always says, Liverpool's game is easier to predict. Hence, Los Blancos can play their deadly open game.
Camavinga is so good man... He deserves more appreciation.

Hello brother, I'm a Barcelona fan but I can't help but envy Madrid. This Madrid side know what to do when it comes to big matches. They knew Liverpool would put in the intensity from the first whistle thus they never defended but took the game to Liverpool. If this were another team would start defending the lead from the first minute which can give chances to Liverpool. I wish my Barcelona team can learn from Madrid and understand that when you're in Europe you can't be going with that sluggish pace of laliga cuz the other team are going to put in the intensity and if you can't cope with that you'll crack. Vamos Madrid from a Barcelona fan!!!
I am a Barca fan too what you just said is our greatest weakness intensity all the European teams knows our weakness that why they alway dominate us if you can recall after the game against Bayern last season muller said Barca can not take the intensity in Europe anymore that means they have known our weakness and they are using it against us we lose the game against united because of the intensity in the game if you want to lose to Barca play quite football but if you want to win against Barca put up the intensity. But I'll also blame the staff that is responsible for the training they are making the Barca players lazy.

They know full well that Barca of yesterday was able to control the tempo of any game despite the intensity because we had best players in every department. Think of Dani, Pique, Xavi, Busqusts, iniesta, Messi.. These players do not lose balls easily.. Now that thinks have changed and we don't have those kind of technical players in every department, we need to have a hybrid of tactics to European games but we'll go out there make million useless passes and the opponent will lunch a counterattack and finish off the game. Talk about the inter first game, they sat after scoring the only goal cuz they know we'll be making useless passes around without threatening them. We survive in Spain because the game is very slow there but European football is intense and fast which you'll see when we play that we have injuries because our players don't train for that sort of games.. I get pissed off when united put in the second gear Barcelona got disjointed.. Imagine if we play a bayern, Liverpool, Napoli, we'll surrender a 4.0 margin to them.. Barca need to change from tiki taka if necessary if they want something in Europe..

Cama, Luka, Vini and Rudi played amazing. 1-0 is flattering to Liverpool too, could've been 3-0 or even 4-0 easily if Alisson wasn't amazing.

Totally agreed it was one of ourost complete performances of d season over the the entire 90 mins. We managed the game so well we needed to play with intensity from d start especially d 1st 15 mins of both halves and we did that not really allowing Liverpool to com into d game until about 22nd min. Camavinga was so good in his natural position. I wud giv kudos to Ancelotti startn 11. My only issue was him taking until 72 min to take Modric off and even later to do others bcuz of d classico Sun. I am not of d opinion he needed to wait until we got a goal in this leg base on how we was able to manage d game overall 3 goals up by 60 minute I felt Modric shud have got a rest and Ceballos shud be given some mins along with d others like Rodrygo, for Vini, Asensio for Valverde and so on with an eye on Sun but overall I was please with d job on what could have been a tricky game for us despite Liverpool form of late. Respect still for Liverpool and I back Klopp to turn it around like he have done already.
I also feel like Fede Valverde had zero mistakes this match, you didn't mention him much, but I think he was one of the best players. Hats off to Camavinga for playing like he did yesterday at the age of just 20.

You were just on point! Kroos and Modric together are the best at controlling the tempo of a game. If we had to chase this game, they probably won't be the best bet. But with the cushion of the 1st leg result, both are just great.
I am also very pleased with Don Carlo not defending in this game. I think that was the approach that almost backfired against Chelsea last season.

@@jaejae4227 in my opinion, on the long run yes, but for now in the transition from Kroos and Modric he starts. He’s technically more gifted, more expressive in style and even makes more defensive contributions when playing TCH’s position DMF.
Infact on the long run, I’d prefer a double pivot of Fede and Cama with Rodrygo as the attacking midfielder on top of them but behind a striker.
Militao is so good that people forget that he is also Young..

Disagree about no player having a bad game. Cavarjal was terrible, Modric/Kroos literally stopped passing to him after 20mins. Benzema was average despite the goal still looks unfit. The rest of the team had great games 👍🏾

We don't expect anything from Jamie, in fairness he was quiet today, but he's 100% a clown saying Real Madrid was "lucky" to winning the CL last year. How are you gonna called that lucky when a transitional RM team somehow finds a way to beat PSG, Chelsea, Man city & Liverpool to win the whole damn thing.
